FFPC 2022 Landscape: Dynasty

The 2022 NFL season is almost here! Everyone is drafting, even the most casual of fantasy managers. The big national tournaments are filling up fast and in the dynasty world roster cutdowns are nearly upon us. 2022 DFF Superflex Rookie Mock 4.0: Round 1

Sports Illustrated reported that over 10 NFL Teams graded Desmond Ridder as a First-Round Talent. Should Ridder meet that expected capital, his dynasty value will skyrocket above 1.12. Landing Ridder anywhere in the second half of your rookie drafts is exceptional value. I would not be surprised to see Ridder valued higher than every quarterback from the 2022 class come this time next season.

I recently had the pleasure of joining Paul Patterson (@fantasyfreezer) in a dynasty startup mock draft in preparation for new leagues this offseason. The draft order was appointed by each user rather than randomized. Usually, I prefer to draft in the 1.10-1.12 range and stack two top-tier dynasty assets on the short turn. Rookie Stock Report: Week 7

Philadelphia’s game against Tampa Bay was strange all-around and DeVonta Smith had one of his worst games of the season. The Eagles have a banged-up offensive line and all but abandoned the run game and pass inefficiently without it complimenting the play-action. It should also be noted that Zack Ertz, who lead the team in targets for the game, is now gone. DeVonta Smith should arguably be in the ‘To the Moon’ category, but the rookie’s value may be cheaper as we head into byes and his bad game. Teams will be evaluating if they’re ready to win or not and may want to sell for something more certain.
