Injuries are inevitable in Fantasy Football. How you prepare and react to them can make or break your fantasy team. Did you build a bench with sufficient depth to withstand the running back injury carousel? How do you pivot if a key player goes on injured reserve? Each week we look at the most impactful injuries in the Fantasy world and what players will step up their Fantasy production.

Week 4 is in the books. We’re on to our Week 5 Starts and Sits. I had a few misses last week, like Daniel Jones, Joe Burrow, Steelers RBs, Tank Dell, Christian Kirk, and Cole Kmet. I’m incredibly sorry to those who sat Kmet because of my article last week. I could’ve won a game in a few leagues had I started him, too. However, we cannot relish too much in the past. Moving on to week 5, Starts and Sits!

DFF TV presents another ~FREE~ episode of “The Factory Tour” with host @Paul_DFF and special guest @DynastyZoltanFF!
A much-overlooked aspect of Dynasty is value comparison, or comparing the values of Dynasty players to Redraft players and seeing which is worth more or less. You might be thinking, “Well, duh! Of course, older players are worth less in Dynasty than Redraft!” I agree! But what about Daniel Jones (QB – NYJ), who is only 26 years old? Should he be worth more in Redraft or Dynasty? Or how about Amon-Ra St. Brown (WR – DEN), who in Redraft has an ADP of WR10, but in Dynasty, he’s valued as WR6. Which side more appropriately values players? In this series, which will take place over eight parts (one part for each division), I’ll evaluate every skill position player on every team and give my thoughts on their value, whether they are overvalued compared to Redraft or undervalued. Usually, the appropriate value will be somewhere in the middle.

At this time of year, the NFL Fantasy Football space is dominated by Dynasty content. Everybody is talking about free agency, The Combine, and NFL Mock Drafts while Redraft season is a million miles away. Don’t get me wrong, I love rookie hype and lopsided trade offers as much as the next guy, but I also love to draft. And I assume you feel the same way; otherwise, you wouldn’t have clicked on this article. In my opinion, the best way to scratch that itch is with pre-draft Best Ball.

As the dynasty league offseason is now in full swing, there are many upcoming NFL events to anticipate. Coming up on the calendar we have the likes of the NFL Scouting Combine, Free Agency, and the NFL Draft. In the fantasy football world, there is ample opportunity for value shifts for individual players and entire position groups. What better time to test the water than the end of February with a mock draft?

So you got the 12th pick in your startup draft. Now what? In the next few articles, I’m going to be explaining why you should be cheering. Every year, ADPs and values change, and this year, especially with third-round reversal, or 3RR, the 10th-12th picks in your startup drafts contain amazing value on a ton of high-end players.

We’re two weeks from the combine and on the last leg of my trip around the rookie prospects by ranking tight ends. TE is the most frustrating position in fantasy to scout and find any kind of production. My regular data dump from our DFF Data Guru @ChrisMiles1017 will be left out for this reason and we’ll stick to the film until we get Combine numbers.

Here I am writing my first article for Dynasty Football Factory and I am not even writing about dynasty fantasy football. Instead today we are going to discuss another love of mine, daily fantasy. Specifically, for the Super Bowl LVII Draft Kings Showdown slate. For those that are not familiar with the single-game showdown slate format, it is pretty easy to learn and fun to play as well. Instead of the usual classic lineup starting a QB, two RBs, three WRs, a TE, a FLEX, and a D/ST, we have a captain and five flex spots. Whoever you choose in your captain role will cost 1.5 times their salary and their points will be multiplied by 1.5. Note that these are not traditional flex spots, these can also be quarterbacks, kickers, or defense/special teams. Then just build the best lineup you can with a $50,000 budget.

The last undefeated team in the NFL puts their win streak on the line as the Eagles (7-0) travel to face the hometown Texans (1-5-1) in a lopsided matchup. Betting lines favor the visiting Eagles by 14.0 points with a projected over/under scoring total of 45.5 between the two teams. NFL prop bets will follow later in this article.

Greetings, #DFFArmy, and welcome to this week’s edition of Starts and Sits for Dynasty Football Factory. My name’s Matthew Ward, or as many of you know me from social media, Psych Ward. Every week, we list our top starts and sits with the keys to success for each player. I want to add: I will personally be favoring and fading these players in my own matchups. Now, with the introduction formalities out of the way, let’s dive into the players I believe will make or break your fantasy lineups in Week 4.

Welcome back to the “Fantasy Stock Up, Stock Down” series (offseason edition). Us Dynasty Managers must constantly research ways to bolster our rosters. Do you need advice on who to trade for? Maybe you’re looking for players to trade away. Do you have enough young talent to ensure your roster is set for years to come? Maybe you’re going all in and need a couple of pieces to sharpen your team. During this series, we dive deep into one player whose dynasty stock is increasing and one player whose dynasty stock is decreasing. As always, we will break down each NFL team one by one. Today is all about the Pittsburgh Steelers.

For the Cardinals I have their QB, Kyler Murray Projected to be an elite fantasy asset, as he normally is. 4,400 yards, 36 total TDs, and 500 rush yards set him up to drop 24.6 fantasy points per game and help dominate your opponents. I have Conner taking a large majority of the carries and earning 280 total touches. The backs behind him are not proven NFL players so I have them getting about 80 carries each which left a ton for Conner. Keaontay Ingram also is not much of a pass catcher so I could see Conner getting some decent work there but I would not be surprised if he lost some of this to Rondale Moore. Let’s not forget, that DeAndre Hopkins is suspended for six games by the NFL. So while his counting stats may look a little low, his PPG numbers are still at a low WR1 level. He could be a value in redraft leagues if he slips too far.

On Thursday, April 28th, at approximately 10:00 PM ET, A.J. Brown was traded from the Tennessee Titans to the Philadelphia Eagles for the 18th overall pick and a third-round pick in the 2022 NFL Draft. After this blockbuster deal, we need to recalibrate our expectations for every offensive player in Philadelphia and Tennessee. Who benefits the most, and whose stock is moving in the wrong direction?

Welcome back to the “Fantasy Stock Up, Stock Down” series (off-season edition). Free agency has been absolutely chaotic! We as Dynasty Managers need to be evaluating the off-season transactions and thinking about our roster adjustments. Who are we going to target in rookie drafts? Who are we going to go out and trade for? Who are we willing to give up in return? Will you go all-in this season to bring home a championship? Or should you go young and prepare for the future? There’s so much to think about before September. The “off-season edition” of this series is an early look at whose stock is up and whose stock is down as we head into draft season. We will break down each NFL team one by one. Today is all about the Philadelphia Eagles.

It is a popular practice on Twitter to present your “my guys” for the upcoming season. These are players you are targeting for your dynasty rosters for one reason or another. At DFF, we want to ensure we are giving you actionable advice that goes beyond the standard fare. For that reason, our “my guys” won’t be among the Top 50 Dynasty Players as voted on by the crowd at KeepTradeCut. These are guys we view as undervalued by the market that we’re looking to acquire for our dynasty teams.

I recently had the pleasure of joining Paul Patterson (@fantasyfreezer) in a dynasty startup mock draft in preparation for new leagues this offseason. The draft order was appointed by each user rather than randomized. Usually, I prefer to draft in the 1.10-1.12 range and stack two top-tier dynasty assets on the short turn. Choosing to select from the 1.03, I deliberately put myself in a position of unfamiliarity to understand the draft board with a different view. Here’s what I found out.
