Dynasty Analysis
Week 10’s game against the Chargers was a watershed moment on national television for the Raiders’ pass rush. The choices of Clelin Ferrell and Maxx Crosby in the 2019 NFL draft aimed to address a historically bad pass rush the year prior.
Rather than doing a full, 5,000-word snap count thread every week, we’re going to simplify things a little bit. You don’t need me to tell you Bobby Wagner is playing 100% of snaps every week. So we’re just going to hit on the important numbers and any trends we’re starting to see.
Welcome back to my streamers column. For each position, I will give two streamers that are under 40% owned. These ownership percentages come from ESPN’s at the time of writing, typically Sunday night or Monday morning.
Week 10 was an odd week with so many teams (6) on a bye. Week 11 sees another four teams with an in-season vacation. The Green Bay Packers, New York Giants, Seattle Seahawks, and Tennessee Titans all get rest this week. We’ve reached the point of the season where most waiver wires have been picked […]

Each week I will recap the top performances by this year’s rookie defenders. Some are well-known names, and others come out of nowhere. Rookies are highly coveted in the dynasty community, but their value can be volatile. In this series each week, we’ll look at their numbers and what impact they have had. I also […]
Every week Ben Glaser provides a quick recap of news from the last week, thoughts going into each week’s games, notes on injuries, guys to put on your radar, etc. It’ll be a quick article every week because we’re all busy Sunday mornings.
We are now beginning the second half of the season. You should have a good idea of whether your team is a contender or not. Hopefully, my suggestions have steered you in the right direction and improved your IDP portfolios. It’s time to look at your stocks and see which net assets are worth keeping or buying and which ones need to be liquidated. I wish everyone the best of luck and help you with your quest for the championship!
Factory Quick Take – These are 3 handcuffs you need […]
This series will attempt to bring clarity to the goings-on both on and off the field within each NFL Division so that dynasty owners can make the important roster decisions during the NFL season to help them build toward their championships. We look back over the past two weeks in the NFC East and what it means for the rest of the season.
Speaking of quarterbacks that you can get off of waivers unless somebody in your league did this already, we have Nick Foles. Normally, I wouldn’t touch good ol’ St. Nick in fantasy. However, he plays the Raiders and the Falcons during fantasy playoffs, which will make virtually anybody a potential starter. The Raiders and Falcons are two of the teams that allow the most fantasy points to quarterbacks. That’s not good unless you’re starting a quarterback that plays against them, which you can do in back-to-back weeks with Foles in the fantasy playoffs.
2.0 – Sacks by Bud Dupree. Dupree has hit 6.0 sacks on the season, tying his previous season-high in Week 9. Contract Years are a hell of a thing…
Every week this article identifies and breaks down a variety of players to consider in your DraftKings tournament lineups. While some of the plays may be on the safer side, I also include a number of high risk-high reward options as well. In GPPs, the goal is always to figure out how to differentiate your […]

It seems that with every passing week of the NFL regular season, more and more previous “In the Scope” candidates wind up being priority waiver claims down the road. Ronald Jones, Zach Pascal, and Kareem Hunt are just a few of our recent targets that were sought after on waiver wires this week. So, to keep you ahead of the pack, here are your Week 10 “In the Scope” candidates who have the potential to be the priority ads of the future.
This article is published weekly and includes valuable IDP stats, injuries, analysis, and sleeper options to consider as the year progresses. So, without further ado, let’s wrap up the IDP news of NFL Regular Season, Week 9!
27 – Total tackles by Budda Baker over the last two weeks. Baker has been productive all season but has blown up since moving back to SS. Of the three alliteratively named safeties from the 2017 class, Baker is the only one currently playing.
Superman’s season is over and his Kryptonite is the Lisfranc injury, a condition in which the long bones in your foot are displaced. Newton originally suffered the injury during the preseason, but reaggravated it in Week 2 against the Tampa Bay Buccaneers. There were hopes that he could return initially, but those faded away as his timetable for recovery became more and more uncertain.
On Tuesday Jaguars head coach Doug Marrone announced that Nick Foles will start over Gardner Minshew when the team returns from its bye in week 11 against the Indianapolis Colts. The Jaguars have elected to go with the quarterback they signed for $88 million this past offseason to be the starter. Foles went down when […]
Halfway through the NFL season, attrition due to injury has indiscriminately claimed stars and role players alike. The players named below can be considered to replace injured, underperforming, or otherwise unavailable IDPs on fantasy football rosters. The list includes only players rostered in fewer than a third of IDP leagues on MyFantasyLeague.com (MFL).
Ryan Tannehill (TEN) vs Chiefs, 8.4% owned
Tannehill has performed well in his three starts from Week’s 7-9, putting up 19.2, 19.4, and then 23 fantasy points in four-point touchdown scoring. Now, he draws a plus matchup at home against the Chiefs. I expect Patrick Mahomes to return for this game, which will allow the Chiefs to put up points on the Titans much more so than with interim starter Matt Moore. Therefore, the Titans will need to play catch up, and Tannehill will be forced to throw.
Another week another injury at the quarterback position. I’ve reminded you of this in the past, but I’ll do it once more. If backup quarterbacks are sitting on your Superflex leagues waiver wires, pick them up. Week 10 is the week with the most teams on bye with six. Denver, Houston, Jacksonville, New England, Philadelphia, and Washington are all off this week.
Each week I will recap the top performances by this year’s rookie defenders. Some are well-known names and others come out of nowhere. Rookies are highly coveted in the dynasty community, but their value can be very volatile at times. In this series each week, we’ll look at their numbers and what impact they have. I am also including their snap counts and percentage of snaps. These snap counts can tell us a lot about how much a player is being used and the opportunities they have to make plays.
Every week Ben Glaser provides a quick recap of news from the last week, thoughts going into each week’s games, notes on injuries, guys to put on your radar, etc. It’ll be a quick article every week because we’re all busy Sunday mornings.
The Indianapolis Colts will be without their number one pass-catcher, T.Y. Hilton, for the next few weeks due to a calf injury. This will have a large ripple effect on the entire offense during the time that Hilton will be sidelined.
