Each week we look at the most impactful injuries in the Fantasy world and what players will step up their Fantasy production.

The Wire: Week 12

This is the second consecutive week Wicks has made our list, but it needs to be reiterated as the rookie continues to produce while flying under the radar. As we mentioned last week, the usage has not been there (less than 50% snaps played since Christian Watson returned), but the efficiency has certainly been there. Dontayvion has made his presence known every time he steps onto the field, making one explosive play after another.

Devy TE Landscape: Part 3

Welcome back, DFF Devy fans! We are now on our third and final article in this “Devy TE Landscape” series. If you missed the first two articles, you can check out Part 1 here and Part 2 here. So far, I’ve covered my Top 10 tight ends eligible for the 2024 NFL Draft. Now, we will discuss my favorite TE underclassmen to target in Devy leagues. I have three players from the 2025 class and three from the 2026 class that I feel have the best chance of hitting at the NFL level. Let’s jump right in and talk some college football!

Rookie Roundup: Week 10

Hello DFF members, I am Chris, and I am doing a “Rookie Roundup” series for the 2023 season. My primary space in fantasy centers around analytics, rookie models, and early career models, so this is something I should be able to make beneficial content out of. This will be released every two weeks, and I will keep you updated on how these rookies have been performing and how their values should be changing. I will provide my take on their current value. This should be used as a tool when buying or selling as what I think their “fair value” is. I would be trying to make moves for these players where you buy for less and sell for more, but if you can get the price I list, I do think it is still in your favor.

Vet Values: Week 11

For all of us who play in leagues with three-round, two-week playoffs, we are in the final week of the fantasy regular season! While most leagues will finish their regular season in later weeks, at least some percentage of you will start your playoffs after this week. Injuries and role changes throughout the season have left even monster teams from the preseason in shambles by this stage. If you desperately need some replacements or some depth, you have come to the right place. Let’s dig in!

The Wire: Week 11

Xavier Gipson is a rookie UDFA out of Stephen F Austin, where he had an incredibly successful college career. Gipson finished his career for the Lumberjacks with 243 receptions, 4,305 yards, and 37 touchdowns over four seasons. He exceeded 1k receiving yards in his junior and senior seasons, but playing for an FCS program prevented the star wide receiver from fielding much interest from NFL scouts. However, Xavier proved the doubters wrong and made the 53-man roster for the New York Jets this year. He’s also seen his usage skyrocket in these past two weeks.

Devy TE Landscape: Part 1

We all know the tight end position is the most difficult to get right in fantasy football, and we also understand the substantial advantage one has when owning one of the few “league-breaking” tight ends in fantasy (especially in tight end premium leagues). There are many names to comb through and analyze in college football, so I will be breaking this into three parts. For Parts 1 and 2, I will give you my Top 10 TEs that are draft-eligible in 2024 (the first five in Part 1 and the next five in Part 2). In Part 3, I’ll discuss which young tight ends we should invest in for Devy leagues in the 2025 and 2026 Draft classes. So, without further ado, let’s find those tight ends that could make an impact at the NFL level.

DFS with Doug Week 10

The downside of watching Panthers and Bears on Thursday Night Football is having to watch the Panthers and Bears on Thursday Night Football. The upside is not having another sub-40 total on this week’s main Sunday slate. This week, the island games eliminate teams like the Panthers, Bears, Patriots, and Jets from the main slate. Totals are still down quite a bit from previous seasons, thanks to scoring being down. We do have a couple of spots that I am excited to attack, though, so let’s get into it!

Midseason Look at the Advanced Metrics: WR Edition

Hello, and welcome to another great DFF article. In this piece, I will be looking at a large majority of the WRs in the NFL and dissecting their performances so far this season. I will be looking at all WRs who have played 200 or more snaps this season. I used PlayerProfiler.com’s Data Analysis package to pull stats like Target Share, Target Rate, and Yards per Route Run for these players. Then, I sorted them from worst to best, and I will highlight anything that I thought was interesting. Hopefully, we can use this to identify buys and sells, as well as fraudulent producers, which players are really good, and which are really bad. Let’s dive right into the numbers.

The Wire: Week 10

Noah Brown appeared to be a fringe NFL wide receiver at best through the first five years of his career. It wasn’t until last season in Dallas that he showed any real signs of life. After the departure of veteran star Amari Cooper, the WR2 spot was wide open for the taking, and Brown surprised many by filling that hole. He finished the 2022 season with a respectable 43 receptions, 555 yards, and three touchdowns, all career highs.
