Ladies and Gentlemen, welcome back for your Week 15 edition of Dynasty Start/Sits! For most leagues, it’s the start of the playoffs, and I hope you worked yourself into position for a first-round bye. In case you didn’t, I got you covered. Let’s get to it!

Welcome to this week’s edition of Dynasty Start/Sits! I have a 1QB league where I roster four QBs, and my current record is 12-1. I have zero active this week. I say this because I want readers to know that the QB Landscape is insane. It’s affecting all of us. Although, just because my hopes are dwindling in a league doesn’t mean I can’t help you with yours. I have some good ones ready for you as we approach the playoffs.

Dobbs is coming off his worst game of the season. There is a very real possibility the Vikings start a QB other than Dobbs in the Fantasy playoffs. So, hedge this bet by picking up Nick Mullens. However, what we do know is Kevin O’Connell is going to pass no matter who his QB is. Despite losing Cousins, the Vikings remain fourth in the NFL in passing yards. What complicates this further is there are three quarterbacks in the mix. If I had to rank them right now, it would be 1. Josh Dobbs, 2. Nick Mullens, 3. Jaren Hall. Dobbs has the biggest fantasy upside and is a potential league winner due to his rushing acumen. Dobbs has averaged 19.12 fantasy points per game in his four games with Minnesota. This has been without the NFL’s best wide receiver, Justin Jefferson, who returns after this week.
Injuries are inevitable in Fantasy Football. How you prepare and react to them can make or break your fantasy team. Did you build a bench with sufficient depth to withstand the running back injury carousel? How do you pivot if a key player goes on injured reserve? Each week, we look at the most impactful injuries in the Fantasy world and what players will step up their Fantasy production.

It’s “Bye-apocalypse” Part 2. We’re short key stable options this week. It’s officially December and that means updated DFS NFL odds and the final month of the Dynasty Fantasy Football season. So, just like last time, we’re cutting back on the sits and only doing two sits per position. It’s time for our ~FREE~ Week 13 edition of Dynasty Start/Sits!

Welcome back to another weekly edition of “The Wire”. In this series, I review three players each week that you should target on the waiver wire for your Dynasty teams. To keep the information in this series consistent, I will only refer to players with an ownership percentage of less than 50%, according to Sleeper Dynasty leagues. I’ll do my best to provide you with players that have a more long-term upside rather than a one-week ceiling, seeing that this is a Dynasty series and not Redraft. So, sit back, relax, and let me find you some diamonds in the rough!
PB&J, Burgers & Fries, and Wings & Beer. Arguably some of the better pairings we’ve come to know and love, but there is another beautiful pairing that only comes around once a year; August & Fantasy Football. Redraft season is heating up, “rankings week” has many feeling like they’re at an adult summer camp with no children, and a lot of dynasty leagues that have been quiet since the NFL draft, have begun to stir.
A much-overlooked aspect of Dynasty is value comparison, or comparing the values of Dynasty players to Redraft players and seeing which is worth more or less. You might be thinking, “Well, duh! Of course, older players are worth less in Dynasty than Redraft!” to which I agree. But what about Daniel Jones (QB – NYJ), who is only 25 years old? Should he be worth more in Redraft or Dynasty? Or how about Amon-Ra St. Brown (WR – DEN), who in Redraft has an ADP of WR10, but in Dynasty, he’s valued as WR6. Which side more appropriately values players? In this series, which will take place over eight parts (one part for each division), I’ll be evaluating every skill position player on every team and giving my thoughts on their value, whether they are overvalued compared to Redraft or undervalued. Usually, the appropriate value will be somewhere in the middle.

NFL Free Agency is finally here! And it has been quite a whirlwind so far. In this article, I will be recapping a lot of the major moves that affect NFC teams as well as breaking down fantasy football implications and assigning an impact level. I will rate the move either low, medium, or high impact to help show how much you should care about the move and the consequences it comes with. Now that you know what you will be getting into let us dive right in.

As the dynasty league offseason is now in full swing, there are many upcoming NFL events to anticipate. Coming up on the calendar we have the likes of the NFL Scouting Combine, Free Agency, and the NFL Draft. In the fantasy football world, there is ample opportunity for value shifts for individual players and entire position groups. What better time to test the water than the end of February with a mock draft?

It’s championship week here in the fantasy football community. Streaming options are getting worse and worse as the season goes on. Although there are a decent amount of solid streamers at quarterback this week, the tight ends are a different story.
This article will be a small case study on QB rushing post-fractured ankles. I’m looking only at bone breaks here, as the recovery time and/or the treatments available for them have not seemed to change drastically in the last couple of decades, compared with ACL injuries, Achilles tendon injuries, or soft tissue injuries. Investigating these injuries further and how they pertain to this case study would require a medical degree, and I am simply not qualified. Another thing I will avoid looking too deeply at is future value change in relation to bone breaks, as this article would be a lot shorter if I investigated that. Spoiler alert: buy injured players – their value almost always goes back up after the initial dip, but that’s an article for another time.

Nevertheless, right now is a great time to look at standings and to think about who is a pretender, who is a contender and where are there mutual needs that might be met in a trade. 2023 picks are very difficult to pry away from people due to the expected high quality of that class, but now is the best time to try and grab them.

Welcome to the Dynasty Market Sweep, a weekly recurring offseason article focusing on substantial value disparities in the dynasty market consensus. The very nature of the instantaneous fantasy news feed has made the dynasty market more reactionary and volatile than ever before. Once the proverbial petrol is poured and Twitter fingers snap to ignite, player values can burn to the ground overnight. Value changes of this nature cause a ripple effect across the market. For every step up the ladder, someone must move down and vice versa.

There’s only one obvious fantasy player that sees a decent fantasy boost going into the 2022 season. “Bring in the Carr.” What most fantasy managers don’t realize is that he has improved steadily throughout his career. His completion percentage has improved mightily since entering the league. He smashed his career-high in passing yards this past season. Sure, he’s turned the ball over a little more as of late, but what’s most important is that Carr finished as the QB13 in 2021, which is tied for the second-best finish (2016 was his best) during his eight-year career. Barring injuries, he should have no problem serving as the QB12 or better going forward now that his former college teammate, Davante Adams, is hauling in passes from him once again.
