Hello DFF members, I am Chris, and I am doing a rookie round-up series for the 2023 season. My primary space in fantasy centers around analytics, rookie models, and early career models, so this is something I should be able to make beneficial content out of. This will be released every two weeks, and I will keep you updated on how these rookies have been performing and how their values should be changing. I will provide my take on their current value. This should be used as a tool when buying or selling as what I think their “fair value” is. I would try to make moves for these players where you buy for less and sell for more, but if you can get the price I list, I think it is still in your favor. We have much to discuss over the season’s first six weeks. Let’s get right into it.

Welcome in for our Week 7 edition of Dynasty Start/Sits. Due to injuries and the “bye-apocalypse”, we’re going to dial it back on the sits this week. Instead of the regular three, I’ll be doing two sits per position. We’ve got some great matchups on the slate, so let’s get down to business.
Have you looked at your starting lineups this week for your leagues? If you haven’t, please stop reading and check those out immediately. It is getting tight out there right now with bye weeks and injuries devastating the fantasy options for Week 7. Some of these options may be able to help you with this and future tough weeks in your fantasy season to lock up those first-round byes or even just make it to the playoffs at all.

The date was December 2, 2017. West Virginians descended on Wheeling Island Stadium for the Class AAA state championship game. Defending state champion Martinsburg was set to take on Spring Valley. Led by quarterback Tyson Bagent, Martinsburg had won 27 straight games. Bagent threw for 232 yards leading Martinsburg to a 44-16 victory and its second straight state title. The Bulldogs finished the year ranked No. 19 in USA Today’s Super 25 national high school football rankings. Bagent finished the season with 3,199 yards, and 41 touchdowns and ran for eight more. He had an impressive 72% completion rate and would go on to win the Gatorade State Player of the Year award.

Devy players and film guys alike are saying this 2024 RB draft class doesn’t have the top-end talent that 2023 had with Bijan Robinson, and maybe not even Jahmyr Gibbs or De’Von Achane. Nonetheless, I think we have some talented backs ready to make that next step into the NFL ranks and a few you could justify taking in the first round of 2024 Superflex rookie drafts. So, who exactly are the front-runners for RB1 in this 2024 draft class? In my mind, there are three clear names at the top of this list, with a couple of “Dark Horse” players that could make the jump into this tier. Let’s talk college football and find out who the Dynasty RB1 in this 2024 class is.

Injuries are inevitable in Fantasy Football. How you prepare and react to them can make or break your fantasy team. Did you build a bench with sufficient depth to withstand the running back injury carousel? How do you pivot if a key player goes on injured reserve? Each week, we will look at the most impactful injuries in the Fantasy world and what players will step up their Fantasy production.

Welcome back to another weekly edition of “The Wire”. In this series, I review three players each week that you should target on the waiver wire for your Dynasty teams. To keep the information in this series consistent, I will only refer to players with an ownership percentage of less than 50%, according to Sleeper Dynasty leagues. I’ll do my best to provide you with players that have a more long-term upside rather than a one-week ceiling, seeing that this is a Dynasty series and not Redraft. So, sit back, relax, and let me find you some diamonds in the rough!

Don’t look now, but we have already completed a third of the fantasy regular season. You have to look at your roster honestly and decide if you are pushing for the title or if this isn’t your year. For those of you pushing for a championship, these are the players you should be adding now, even if you think you have the depth. Injuries and bye weeks can quickly derail a championship run to even the best fantasy teams.

Week 4 is in the books. We’re on to our Week 5 Starts and Sits. I had a few misses last week, like Daniel Jones, Joe Burrow, Steelers RBs, Tank Dell, Christian Kirk, and Cole Kmet. I’m incredibly sorry to those who sat Kmet because of my article last week. I could’ve won a game in a few leagues had I started him, too. However, we cannot relish too much in the past. Moving on to week 5, Starts and Sits!
