We’re officially just one week away from the fantasy football playoffs which means we are all, hopefully, gearing up for a deep playoff run. It all starts with establishing as high as a seed as we can this week, and hopefully a bye. But that doesn’t mean that the waiver wire activity is dead. It should be heating up to get as much crucial depth you can pile up for the run. When gearing up for the playoffs, there’s nothing that can set you back as much as a hurt running back (the highest missed game percentage among fantasy skill positions) with nothing to back it up. Although the waiver wire might not offer that league-winning running back to ride through the playoffs, you can find higher floored depth options.

DFS Week 13 Recap

We’re now through Week 13 and the craziness has not stopped. The Detroit Lions were able to end their winless season as they upset the Minnesota Vikings with a last-second touchdown. The top team in the AFC went down as the Baltimore Ravens lost a close one against the Pittsburgh Steelers. With that being said, let’s see how my weekly DFS picks played out!

FFPC Dynasty & Redraft Series: Week 13

The playoffs are here!! That’s right, in the Footballguys Players Championship and Main Event, the regular season ended in Week 12. Rasul Douglas had another remarkable game at cornerback against Matthew Stafford and the Los Angeles Rams. In his effort, Douglas accrued six total tackles, defended four passes, and took an interception to the house in Lambeau Field on Sunday. DFS Week 12 Recap

We’re now through Week 12 in the NFL and things are still never as they seem. Tom Brady and the Tampa Bay Buccaneers were in a high-scoring affair against Jonathan Taylor and the Indianapolis Colts. IDP Wrap Up: Week 11

Chris Jones put on a show for the Chiefs faithful in Week 11. It seemed like the Mississippi State alum was a man possessed on Sunday. In his matchup with Dallas, Jones wrangled five total tackles, two tackles for loss, forced a fumble, recovered a fumble, defended a pass, and recorded 3.5 sacks. As a 27-year-old starting defensive lineman, Jones can be relied on to be a starting DL in all IDP formats.
