Tyjae Spears was drafted by the Tennessee Titans, becoming the fifth running back and 81st overall player in the 2023 NFL Draft.
Tyjae Spears was drafted by the Tennessee Titans, becoming the fifth running back and 81st overall player in the 2023 NFL Draft.
Andrei Iosivas was drafted by the Cincinnati Bengals, becoming the 26th wide receiver and 206th overall player in the 2023 NFL Draft. Iosivas posted 703 yards and five touchdowns as a junior. He followed that up with 943 yards and seven touchdowns his senior year. Iosivas’s level of competition was poor but he did put up solid predictive metric results. He had a 40.8% college weighted dominator to go along with a 2.70 receiving yard per team pass attempt. Both are in the top 10 in this class.
Myles Murphy was drafted by the Cincinnati Bengals, becoming the fourth Edge Rusher and twenty-eighth overall player selected in the 2023 NFL Draft.
Can’t you feel the excitement as we get closer to the draft? With free agency winding down, we now start to see the core of what each of these NFL teams will look like when we get into the fall. There is still one more piece to the puzzle though and if you play dynasty then it is probably amongst your favorite NFL events of the year—the NFL Draft. While I have learned not to take too much from the landing spot, I think many of us are still hurting from Clyde Edwards-Helaire in 2020. It does have an impact though and we would be foolish to ignore it. I find the best practice is to have everyone divided into tiers before the NFL Draft, then move players within a tier instead of jumping them an entire tier based on landing spot. We also have draft capital to consider but that is beyond the scope of what we will be discussing today. Let’s dig in!
A much-overlooked aspect of dynasty is value comparison, or comparing the values of dynasty players to redraft players and seeing which is worth more or less. You might be thinking “well, duh! Of course, older players are worth less in dynasty than redraft!” to which I agree. But what about Daniel Jones (QB – NYJ), who is only 25 years old? Should he be worth more in redraft or dynasty? Or how about Amon-Ra St. Brown (WR – DEN), who in redraft has an ADP of WR10, but in dynasty he’s valued as WR6. Which side more appropriately values players? In this series, which will take place over nine parts (one part for each division and a rookie roundup after the draft), I’ll be evaluating every skill position player on every team and giving my thoughts on their value, whether they are overvalued compared to redraft, or undervalued. Usually, the appropriate value will be somewhere in the middle.

We’re now inching toward the halfway point of the season. Your league standings are starting to shape up, as we get into the pivotal time of the year for your week-to-week matchups. Week 7 brings some repetitive (but decent) streaming options. We will always provide the best players to stream at quarterback, tight end, and D/ST. Remember that each streaming option will be below 60% owned, according to ESPN.
Week 6 is the beginning of bye weeks here in 2022. That means it could be time for you to start streaming one of your positions in search of a one-week rental. Maybe the injury bug is forcing you to stream this week. No matter what the situation is, we have you covered. We will always provide the best weekly options to stream at quarterback, tight end, and D/ST. Remember that each streaming option will be below 60% owned, according to ESPN. Below, you will find two streamers per position and a “deep stream” option (15% or lower) as well. Stream on!
Week 4 begins with a scintillating matchup between two AFC contenders as the Dolphins (3-0) travel to the Bengals (1-2) home turf to duke it out on Thursday Night Football. The Dolphins enter the contest as surprising underdogs after a dramatic undefeated start to the 2022 season, which saw the AFC East front runners dismantle the Ravens and the Bills in back-to-back games. Vegas lines are sharp to the injury reports as star quarterback Tua Tagovailoa is reportedly a game-time decision with head/neck/back injuries.
In this Factory Quick Take @PsychWardFF dives into why Tee Higgins is a top-five dynasty wide receiver.
If you started out the season 1-0, let’s continue to keep you undefeated. If you suffered a Week 1 loss, there’s no need to panic; there’s plenty of time to turn things around. In this series, we will provide the best weekly options to stream at quarterback, tight end, and D/ST. Keep in mind that each streaming option will be below 50% owned, according to ESPN. Below, you will find two streamers per position and a “deep stream” option (15% or lower) as well.
Injuries are inevitable in fantasy football. How you prepare for and react to them is what can make or break your fantasy team. Each week we will be looking at the most impactful injuries and what players will step up their fantasy production in their absence.
The start of the 2022 NFL season is merely days away, with teams wrapping up their final exhibition matchups. The electric hype of preseason is shifting to a fevered height as managers begin to paint a clearer picture of their projections. Now that we have an arsenal of information at our disposal, let’s dive into some bold predictions for the 2022 season with some potentially profitable betting lines should these outcomes ring true.
Welcome back to the “Fantasy Stock Up, Stock Down” series (preseason edition). Week 1 of the preseason is officially in the books. Positional battles are ramping up. And injuries are opening up opportunities for players looking to earn significant roles and/or roster spots. The time to be the most active in dynasty leagues is NOW. We are going to hear “hype” reports from beat reporters. And we are going to hear some reports that make us feel a little uneasy about our player investments. Us dynasty managers must constantly research ways to bolster our rosters. In this continuation series, we will dive deep into one player whose dynasty stock is increasing and one player whose dynasty stock is decreasing from each team in every division. Today, we will break down the AFC North.
Tee Higgins is amongst the most polarizing young stars in dynasty football circles. Dynasty Football Factory Staff SF/TEP Dynasty Rankings have Higgins as the consensus WR5, equating to the 18th player overall or 2.06 in a 12-team startup. Today, we make a case for Tee Higgins’ stability and future as a top-5 dynasty wide receiver.
When we loosely compare players, most people feel they have a good idea of what kind of production to expect. We may think “Can Tee Higgins and Ja’Marr Chase both really be top 12 wide receivers in fantasy this year?.” But, there may just not be room for that kind of production. I make projections to ground myself and help to understand what is actually possible, probable, or realistic. So, in this series, I will be going through each NFL team and making median projections for their 2022 seasons with their most fantasy-relevant players. I may be able to discern if certain players are being undervalued immediately but in most cases, I will need to finish more teams to get a good idea.
For those new to the WR1 rating, this is a proprietary formula I developed to provide a data-driven forecast of future dynasty value for incoming rookie wide receivers. The WR1 model scores rookies on nine predictive metrics and then combines those individual metric scores into a single WR1 rating. The goal is to provide a single easy-to-use score for those who don’t want to spend all the time dissecting different metrics.
Welcome back to the “Fantasy Stock Up, Stock Down” series (offseason edition). We are going to continue to evaluate teams’ players whose stock is up and whose stock is down before free agency and the draft start later in the offseason. A lot can change before next season, and there will be a ton of turnover before September comes around. As always, I want to reiterate that we will break down each NFL team throughout this series. We have broken down a few teams now at this point. Click on their links at the bottom of the page if you missed them. Today is all about the Denver Broncos.
Welcome back to the “Fantasy Stock Up, Stock Down” series (offseason edition). I know that we have four teams still fighting for a Super Bowl (including the Bengals!), but as a dynasty manager, you need to start preparing for the next fantasy season right now. A lot can change before next season, and we don’t know how final rosters will look come next September. The “offseason edition” of this series is an early look at whose stock is up and whose stock is down going into the offseason. We will break down each NFL team. Today is all about the Cincinnati Bengals.
