Dynasty Analysis
In this Factory Quick Take @PsychWardFF dives into why Tee Higgins is a top-five dynasty wide receiver.
Injuries are inevitable in fantasy football. How you prepare and react to them is what can make or break your fantasy team. Did you build a bench with sufficient depth to withstand the running back carousel? How do you pivot if a key player goes on injured reserve? Each week we will look at the most impactful injuries in the fantasy world and what players will step up their fantasy production as a result. In Week 2 here were the injuries you need to be aware of.
Hello DFF members, my name is Chris, and I will be writing the weekly dynasty waiver adds piece this year. In this article I will be writing about players that I feel should be owned in much higher quantities in your dynasty leagues. I will try to stick to low ownership percentages, around 30% or less, but if there is a guy above that, who I think should be owned significantly more I will include them as well. I will be focusing on a 12-team, full PPR set-up for these articles but the players I am choosing should apply in 10-team leagues as well. Without further ado let’s get into the waiver adds.
Historically, rookie wide receivers have taken the beginning of the season to integrate themselves into the passing game plan and develop chemistry with the quarterback. However, two of the five aforementioned rookies, London and Wilson, fast-tracked the proverbial rookie wide receiver waiting period with eye-popping performances through two weeks. Let’s look at them as prospects and dive into their peripherals to see if this start is sustainable.
Welcome, #DFFArmy to Week 3! The NFL season has provided the typical chaos that we’ve come to expect and that includes several injuries to key players that you might need to backfill in your starting lineups. Who exactly should you start though? Is it the underperforming player with name recognition? Or is it time to give the up-and-comers a chance? I’ll outline a start and sit at each main position and some bonus picks below!
Opportunity is king in fantasy football. Tracking player volume and snaps each season helps managers get ahead of coaching trends while making advanced moves on the trade market and waiver wires. In this recurring weekly series, we will look at all 32 teams’ most notable market shares (percentage of team output) in targets, opportunities, and rushing/receiving production. With Week 2 in the rearview, let’s dive into some exciting usage data around the NFL as we prepare for the upcoming slate of games.
Below I am going to highlight players who I feel are current values after Week 2 in the NFL season. The players listed are not necessarily must trade for, or trade away, players, they merely are values at this current time.
How is it Week 3 already? Hopefully, the season has started out great for your fantasy team(s) thus far. If not, now’s the time to turn things around. It’s getting to be about that time of year when you need to stream a position or two. As always, we will provide the best weekly options to stream at quarterback, tight end, and D/ST. Keep in mind that each streaming option will be below 50% owned, according to ESPN. Below, you will find two streamers per position and a “deep stream” option (15% or lower) as well.

James Cook did not start his career the way he hoped to. On his first NFL carry, he lost a fumble and did not receive another for the rest of the game. This has to worry owners and is a great opportunity to buy low here.
We can put Week 1 in the rearview and focus on the future. Week 2 begins with a scintillating Thursday Night Football contest between the hometown Kansas City Chiefs and visiting Los Angeles Chargers. Vegas lines have the over/under set at 54.0 points, making this the highest projected scoring game of the Week 2 slate. Expect an all-out scoring assault between two of the NFL’s top offenses as Patrick Mahomes and Justin Herbert go to war through the air. Let’s dive into some high-upside player props for this matchup between AFC West foes.

Ryan Tannehill is just not that good. Simple as that. The lack of weapons in the passing game does not help that statement either. Tannehill somehow ended up as the QB11 in week 1 and I am not sure how that happened. He looked to have no rapport with any of the receivers on Sunday and I believe that will be a consistent theme this season. Malik Willis, a 2022 third-round selection, is the apparent successor to an overpaid, underproducing Tannehill. I don’t see Willis overtaking the throne from Tannehill this season, but I do expect this to happen in a season or so.
In Dynasty Fantasy Football, it is crucial to keep a watch on the new rookie class and be aware of who is doing well, who is doing bad, and who’s values are fluctuating. Today I will be going throw some of the more relevant rookie performances and giving my thoughts on what this means for them. Let’s get right into it.
If you started out the season 1-0, let’s continue to keep you undefeated. If you suffered a Week 1 loss, there’s no need to panic; there’s plenty of time to turn things around. In this series, we will provide the best weekly options to stream at quarterback, tight end, and D/ST. Keep in mind that each streaming option will be below 50% owned, according to ESPN. The first week of the NFL season rarely goes according to plan. We spend so much time speculating about roles, depth charts, and market shares, but then the actual football begins and suddenly Zack Moss is a featured satellite back and Joe Burrow can’t stop throwing interceptions. We don’t want to overreact, but we do have to react. That’s where the Panic Meter comes in. I’ll take the most stress-inducing players from Week 1, break down their performance, and let you know–on a scale of 1 to 10–just how much you’re allowed to worry.

HERE WE GO! It’s finally football time, which means you should be doing everything you can to prepare for your Week 1 matchup. In this series, we will provide the best weekly options to stream at quarterback, tight end, and D/ST. Keep in mind that each streaming option will be below 50% owned, according to ESPN. Let’s start this season right, and let’s stream your team to 1-0. Below, you will find two streamers per position and a “deep stream” option (15% or lower) as well. Welcome back to the “Fantasy Stock Up, Stock Down” series. The preseason is “technically” over with, but we are still in that in-between stage right before the regular season starts. There are still some key positional battles that are taking place, and injuries are affecting many players’ fantasy worth. Us dynasty managers must constantly research ways to bolster our rosters. In this continuation series, we will dive deep into one player whose dynasty stock is increasing and one player whose dynasty stock is decreasing from each team in every division. Today, we will break down the NFC West.
Welcome back to the “Fantasy Stock Up, Stock Down” series (preseason edition). We have officially made it to Week 3 of the preseason. Positional battles are ramping up. Injuries are opening up opportunities for players looking to earn significant roles and/or roster spots. And the time to be the most active in dynasty leagues is NOW. We are going to hear “hype” reports from beat reporters. And we are going to hear some reports that make us feel a little uneasy about our player investments. Us Dynasty Managers must constantly research ways to bolster our rosters. In this continuation series, we will dive deep into one player whose dynasty stock is increasing and one player whose dynasty stock is decreasing from each team in every division. Today, we will break down the AFC South.
The 2022 NFL season is almost here! Everyone is drafting, even the most casual of fantasy managers. The big national tournaments are filling up fast and in the dynasty world roster cutdowns are nearly upon us. In deeper dynasty leagues that may not be a huge challenge, but in FFPC we cut down to 20 inseason, including the K and Def, with 3 additional spots for IR. The cuts are due this Sunday night, September 4th just before midnight.
