Darius Slayton Dynasty Profile

Darius Slayton: 2020 Dynasty Profile

Darius Slayton was drafted by the New York Giants with a conditional fifth-round pick in 2019. After missing the first two games with a hamstring injury, he started exceeding expectations. Over the next 14 games, Slayton started establishing a noticeable rapport with fellow rookie Daniel Jones as he led NY in receiving yards, receiving touchdowns, yards per catch, and receiving first downs. It’s rare for a day-three pick to turn out and even rarer for one to turn in such an impressive rookie season. Slayton even finished second on the team in both catches and targets, trailing Golden Tate by one in each category. The combination of talent and opportunity was perfect for Slayton to impress from the jump.

DFF Army PPR Redraft Mock Draft Review

Every few weeks, the Dynasty Football Factory team gathers its sharpest minds to put together a no time limit mock draft. Throughout the year the type of mock changes quite a bit. At the beginning of the year, it’s a lot of dynasty startups and rookie drafts. Now that it’s summer, the focus switches to redraft.

Terry McLaurin Dynasty

Terry McLaurin: 2020 Dynasty Profile

It only took one game for Washington to know they made the right decision drafting Terry McLaurin 76th overall in 2019. He burst onto the scene to the tune of five catches for 125 yards and one touchdown. There were the usual ups and downs of a rookie season, but out of 14 games played, McLaurin finished with eight double-digit fantasy games landing at WR24 in standard and WR29 in PPR.

Austin Ekeler: 2020 Dynasty Profile

Austin Ekeler: Los Angeles Charger and defier of the odds. The UDFA out of Western State blew the top off every fantasy analyst’s big board last year by finishing as the RB4. Oh, and he shared the load with Melvin Gordon from weeks 5 onward. He was electrifying every step of the way finishing second among running backs in both catches and receiving yards, plus finishing number one in yards per touch. Ekeler makes his living in PPR leagues due to his ability in the passing game, both as a reliable check-down and a threat out of the backfield where he played 30% of his snaps. How good is he as a receiver? Since 2017, Ekeler is the number one receiving back in the NFL ranked by PFF at 94.2. Numbers two and three on that list? Christian McCaffrey and Alvin Kamara. Enough said.

Stefon Diggs is an Underrated Dynasty Asset

We’ve established that Diggs has the talent and opportunity to lead the Bills receivers next year. We’ve also established that Diggs has a track record of being consistently fantasy-relevant over the past four years. He’s only 26 years old. He’s now the clear number one option after leaving Minneapolis, where he competed with Adam Theilen for targets. If Diggs firmly grasps that number one role, a 1,000 yard, 8 touchdown season may only be a floor. Things are lining up better than most are expecting for Diggs to have his biggest season yet. With his ADP dropping, now is the time to get Stefon Diggs. He’s the perfect player to seek out for a middle of the road team looking to take that next step or a contender looking to put themselves over the top!

Joe Memmolo’s Inaugural Dynasty Rankings

Prologue On May 2nd, 2020 I received a message on Twitter from my boss at Dynasty Football Factory. I was a little nervous at first–I had only joined this amazing team two months prior. I was also exhausted and still recovering from the marathon that was the “Rapid Reaction: 2020 NFL Draft Landing Spot” series

UDFAs To Know: RB Edition

Draft capital is king; however, GMs aren’t perfect. The following running backs were all undrafted and had significant fantasy value: Austin Ekeler, Phillip Lindsay, Fred Jackson, C.J. Anderson, Arian Foster, and Priest Holmes. Will any of the running backs end up being as valuable? Probably not, but they ranked high enough on my pre-draft film ranking to warrant getting their names out there to dynasty league players. When looking at undrafted free agents, talent matters, but so does opportunity and each of the four players below is closer to an opportunity than the other undrafted free agents.
