The consensus used to be that it took wide receivers three years to breakout into fantasy relevance. But, the NFL is turning more pass-happy and players are being utilized in various ways. So, it isn’t out of the question that there are a few second-year breakouts that can boost production for your dynasty team. Similar to last year, if your teams had Courtland Sutton, DJ Chark, or D.J. Moore on your roster before the start of the season, you more than likely felt comfortable with your team’s outlook. In this 3-part series of articles, I’ll look at six wide receivers that need to be considered.  If you didn’t draft some of these second-year wideouts, it’ll be almost impossible for you to acquire them going forward. In the end, the goal is to win the most championships possible, as quickly as possible. Now, I want to jump into Sterling Shepard. I wrote a redraft breakdown about Shepard and the rest of the Giants in May as my first piece in that 32-part series. Outside of star running back Saquon Barkley, the Giants have four secondary offensive options in Darius Slayton, Evan Engram, Golden Tate, and Shepard. Gronk to the Bucs

Gronk is back! I feel like I needed to get that out of the way. If anybody doesn’t know, on April 21st, Gronkowski came out of retirement. Everything moved at a breakneck pace on that day. First, Ian Rapoport reported that Gronkowski wanted to unretire and join Tom Brady in Tampa Bay. A few hours later, the Buccaneers and Patriots agreed on a trade to send Gronkowski and a seventh-round pick for a fourth-round pick. Soon after that, Gronkowski officially passed a physical, which finalized the deal. Therefore, Gronkowski had gone from retired in the morning to officially part of the Buccaneers in just a few hours.

Terry McLaurin still proves to be the only wide receiver in Washington that you can put in your lineup with any confidence. He lit up the Dolphins for 100 yards and two touchdowns on only 4 receptions (seven targets). The rain put a damper on his game against San Francisco, where Washington was held scoreless. The Vikings are a middle of the road pass defense while the Bills are a top-five, so you may need to temper expectations. The Redskins should be playing from behind in both games, so McLaurin should have value since they will be needing to throw often.

Tight End Targets

In this two-part article, we’re going to take a look first at three tight ends that I will be targeting at their current ADP and then in part two, examining three tight ends I’m fading at their ADP. As a quick note, Travis Kelce, Zach Ertz, and George Kittle will not be featured in either article. Those are the consensus top three tight ends for most experts and I want to discuss players that have received a bit less attention. Also, only three teams can grab one of those top-tier tight ends, so everyone else will need to decide on one of these later players. With all that said, let’s jump right into it.ADP is taken from Fantasy Football Calculator’s Half-PPR ADP.
Evan Engram (NYG)Evan Engram is a mid-round target at the tight end position for 2019 fantasy drafts. He is currently being drafted as the 61st player off the board as the TE5. While I also have Engram ranked as my TE5, I believe there is still value at his overall draft cost. In points per game, Engram finished as the TE4 in 2017 and then the TE7 in 2018, so a TE5 price seems appropriate. However, he is guaranteed to play a whole season in 2019 without the presence of target hog Odell Beckham Jr. In 2017, Engram received 115 targets when Beckham missed a majority of the season and was the unquestioned number one receiving option during that period. Then in 2018, Engram was having a quiet season until Beckham was out injured for the final four games. In those four contests, Engram topped 75 receiving yards in each game and totaled 22 receptions on 31 targets.
