2021 Dynasty Profile: Harrison Bryant

Harrison Bryant was a diamond in the rough among one of the most underwhelming tight end draft classes in some time. Although Bryant was ranked outside the top five prospects in the class for many, he was by far the most productive receiving tight end in his final season of college football compared to the likes of Cole Kmet and Adam Trautman. He finishes his senior year at FAU with 65 receptions for 1,004 yards and seven touchdowns, good for a 19.9% team target share. He was a focal point of FAU’s offense considering his 26.2 (81st percentile) college dominator rating but we can look to the yards per team pass attempt (YTMPA) metric to further highlight his importance to the team. He finished 2019 at the top of the class with 2.0 YTMPA, a historically difficult threshold to reach.

Draft Stock Watch: Week 3

Each week I will bring you the latest updates and NFL buzz surrounding college players that should prove to be integral to future fantasy success. I will utilize recent statistics, performance and film, and general “front office whispers” to compile the intel I share with you. My hope is to provide you with a leg up on your opponents. You will know which devy players to target in trades and/or in what range of draft picks (both NFL and fantasy drafts) you can expect these players to be selected. This third week of college football brought us action that included 20 games, ten ranked teams that took the field, two upsets of ranked opponents, and several close games that seemed to go down to the wire. Additionally, we learned that the BIG10 conference will play an abbreviated season starting at the end of October. Let’s now discuss some devy player draft stocks as a result of this week’s action.

NFL Mock Draft: Part 2

Yet another example of why players should leave once they have favorable draft capital. At this point last year, Herbert was considered in contention for the first overall pick of the NFL Draft. This year, Herbert’s draft capital is more questionable to an extent, he’s simply not falling outside of the first round. Tee Higgins Declares For The 2020 NFL Draft

Heading into the 2020 National Championship game, many of the players we wanted to declare did so already. We were just waiting on Chuba Hubbard, Najee Harris, and the guys who were playing in the title game. Players To Watch In The Shrine Bowl

This is one of my favorite times of the year for football season. Seeing which prospects will make the jump from college to the pros is always exciting. There are a few all-star games that highlight these events. The biggest of them all is the Senior Bowl. The second biggest is the East-West Shrine Bowl. While this game doesn’t feature a lot of players who become major contributors for our dynasty teams, there have been a few. John Brown, Robby Anderson, and Emmanuel Sanders all appeared in this game. There are a few prospects I will be keeping my eye on this weekend.
