With four weeks of tape and data in the books, now is the first time you can make a truly informed decision on players on your roster. Your fantasy draft should be a distant memory and with bye weeks approaching the tough decisions will come thick and fast. In order for us to get these tough decisions right, we have to take a step back and objectively evaluate our players.

Players to Watch Going into Week 2

This article will attempt to identify players who I believe have a chance of becoming dominant forces in fantasy football based on week 1 statistics. As much as I would love to talk about Davante Adams and Josh Jacobs, I will be avoiding the obvious star players who are expected to dominate on a weekly basis.

Fantasy Saviour’s 2020 Redraft Review

There really is nothing more exciting than draft season. This is my first time competing in the DFF redraft championship, so the pressure was and still is firmly on. The league format was 1 QB, 2 RB, 3 WR, 2 Flex, 1 TE, 1 D/ST. I landed the 9th spot in the 12-team draft and this is how the dominoes fell. Rounds 1-2 My early-round strategy of smashing running back in the first two rounds follows suit with most in the industry. At 1.09 I passed on Michael Thomas to take Josh Jacobs, the RB9 in my rankings. Unfortunately, I missed out on Miles Sanders by one pick. Miles Sanders: 2020 Dynasty Profile

Entering the second year of his rookie contract with one of the top offensive play-callers as his head coach has left me drooling at the idea of what Sanders’ ceiling could be. I see his value continuing to trend in a positive direction over the coming years as he establishes himself as a top 10 asset in all of fantasy football. I have him as the RB6 in my dynasty rankings, which is slightly ahead of his current RB7 ADP.

Redraft Strategy: Method Behind the Madness

The famous saying “you can’t win your league on draft day, but you can lose it” is one that I remind myself of every year. Draft day is the most important day of the year on any fantasy football player’s calendar as stakes are high and one bad decision can unravel an entire offseason of hard work. Having a strategy in place before the draft will limit the possibility of any costly errors occurring. While a strategy is important, please remember that drafting is a fluid situation and this will only act as your foundation when building a successful team.
