Quarterback
Stock Up
Jalon Daniels: He started in Week 4 for Baker Mayfield, who was injured the week before. He completed 19 out of his 27 pass attempts (70%) for 148 yards. He threw for a touchdown but also threw 2 interceptions. His QBR was 49.7. He rushed eight times for 55 yards, so he does offer the rushing side if you need a quarterback to start because of bye weeks or injuries. He plays Dallas on Thursday night, so he should be able to score some points with their defense not being great.
Stock Down
Athan Kaliakmanis: Made his debut when Marcus Mariota got injured. He completed 15 out of his 33 pass attempts (45%) for 186 yards. He threw for a touchdown but also threw 1 interception. He rushed three times for 16 yards. His QBR was 20.7. He did not look great, but he was prepared to be the backup all week. It’s unclear who will start Week 5 for Washington, so he is a name to look for on the waiver wire if you are desperate for a quarterback.
Jack Strand: Made his debut when the Falcons were getting crushed in Week 1. He played 42% of the snaps. He completed eight of 15 passes for 59 yards and added two rushes for 16 yards. No new playing time since Week 1.
Running Back
Week 4 was relatively quiet for rookie running backs, which was expected. Nevertheless, a few trends are worth noting.
Stock Up (Above 40% of team carries)
Jeremiyah Love: In Weeks 1-4, he has had 55 carries for 223 yards, a touchdown, and 13 catches for 36 yards and a touchdown. Week 4, he played 45% of the snaps, which was down from Week 3 when he played 64%. His carry percentage also went down for the first time this season from 91% in Week 3 to 69% in Week 4. However, the drop in usage was just due to Love suffering a minor ankle injury in-game. His window to buy is probably closed.
Stock Down (Below 40% of team carries)
Emmett Johnson: In Weeks 1-4, he had 16 carries for 56 yards and five catches for 74 yards, playing on 36% of the snaps. In Weeks 1 and 3, they got up big. Week 2 was a tight game, and he did not play as much, and that was the case again in Week 4. Clear backup and handcuff to Kenneth Walker.
Kaelon Black: In Weeks 1-4, he has had 31 carries for 120 yards, and one catch for 5 yards. Week 4, he played 26% of the snaps, which was up from Week 3 when he played 15%. His carry percentage went up slightly from 21% in Week 3 to 29% in Week 4. He is the clear backup and handcuff to Christian McCaffrey.
Mike Washington: In Weeks 1-4, he has had 24 carries for 120 yards, a touchdown, and one catch for -1 yard. Week 4, he played 21% of the snaps, which was up slightly from Week 3 when he played 16%. His carry percentage also went up from 21% in Week 3 to 35% in Week 4. Clear backup and handcuff to Ashton Jeanty.
Kaytron Allen: In Weeks 1-4, he has had 12 carries for 41 yards. Week 4, he played 19% of the snaps, which was his season high so far this season. He had 3 carries in Week 4, which was 17% of the carries.
Nick Singleton: He did not play at all in Week 1. In Weeks 2-4, he has had seven carries for 12 yards. Week 4, he played 13% of the snaps, which was his season high. His carry percentage was 14% in Week 4.
Seth McGowan: In Weeks 1-4, he had 12 carries for 45 yards, and two catches for 7 yards. His snap percentage has gone up each week up to 29%. His carry percentage has gone up each week so far this season, up to 23% in Week 4. He is the clear backup and handcuff to Jonathan Taylor.
Demond Claiborne: In Weeks 1-4, he has had six carries for 13 yards, and one catch for 2 yards. Week 4, he played (12%) of the snaps, which was his season high. His carry percentage was 13% in Week 4.

Tyler Shough (QB – NO)
Shough leads all starting quarterbacks in pass attempts. He anchors a fast-paced, pass-heavy New Orleans Saints offense.
Through the first three games of 2026, he ranks second in the entire NFL in passing yards (917) and boasts eight passing touchdowns.
Shough contributes valuable weekly points on the ground, he averages multiple rush attempts per week that raise his overall fantasy floor.
He plays against defenses like the Tampa Bay Buccaneers and Atlanta Falcons, with top targets like Chris Olave and returning Jordyn Tyson boosting his ceiling.
I would be trying to buy him for Bo Nix, Justin Herbert, De’Von Achane, Jayden Daniels, or Jaxson Dart.
Javonte Williams (RB – DAL)
He dominates the backfield touches in Dallas, leaving minimal work for backups like Malik Davis and Jaydon Blue.
He has already secured 169 rushing yards, 56 receiving yards, and 3 total touchdowns through the first three games of the 2026 season.
Playing alongside Dak Prescott and CeeDee Lamb, it prevents defenses from entirely stacking the box. They will be playing in a lot of shootouts, so there will always be opportunities for rushing touchdowns.
I would be trying to buy him for TreVeyon Henderson, Jaylen Waddle, Quinshon Judkins, or Jadarian Price.

Dak Prescott (QB – DAL) – Not going to be in many low-scoring games this year. The defense doesn’t look any better. Should throw at least 2 touchdowns weekly.
Quinshon Judkins (RB – CLE) – They were getting blown out most of the game, and the Jaguars made sure to stop the run. He has 12 carries for 33 yards and 2 catches for 17 yards. Not great by any means, but the touches will be there in games that are not blowouts.

Step 1: Figure out what your team is. (Based on 12-team leagues)
Top tier: Projected top 4 team in your league, legit contender
Middle tier: Projected to finish between spots 5-8 in your league
Bottom tier: Projected to finish in the bottom 4 of your league
Top Tier
If you are a top-tier team, hopefully you have a top-6 quarterback (Allen, Maye, Williams, Jackson, Daniels, Burrow). If you don’t, I would be trading for one of the following guys:
Patrick Mahomes: Early-1st Round
Jalen Hurts: Early-1st Round
Dak Prescott: Mid-1st Round
Jared Goff: Late-1st Round
Matthew Stafford: Early-2nd Round
They all have top-8 potential but are valued outside the top 8 because of their age. I would move the following guys to acquire one of the names listed above: Cam Ward, Tyler Shough, Fernando Mendoza, Jordan Love.

In today’s article, I’ll look at which wide receivers you should target or sell in dynasty before the season, based on where your team currently stands. Let’s dive right in.

Top tier: projected top 4 team in your league, legit contender
Middle tier: projected to finish between spots 5-8 in your league
Bottom tier: projected to finish in the bottom 4 of your league

If you are a top-tier team, hopefully you have at least one top-7 wide receiver (Chase, Smith-Njigba, Nacua, St.Brown, Nabers, Jefferson, and Lamb). If you don’t, I would be trading for one of the following guys:
A.J. Brown – Mid-1st Round
Jaylen Waddle – Late-1st Round
Tee Higgins – Late-1st Round
Terry McLaurin – Early-2nd Round
D.J. Moore – Early-2nd Round
Davante Adams – Mid-2nd Round
Mike Evans – Late-2nd Round
They all have top-20 scoring potential, but are valued outside the top 18 because of their age. I would move one of the following players to acquire a name from the list above: Jordyn Tyson, Makai Lemon, Marvin Harrison Jr., KC Concepcion, Denzel Boston, De’Zhaun Stribling, Omar Cooper Jr., Ja’Kobi Lane, and Jayden Higgins.

Saquon Barkley – Late-1st Round
Derrick Henry – Early-2nd Round
They all have top-10 scoring potential, but are valued outside the top 10 because of their age. If you’re a strong contender, I would move one of the following players to acquire a name from the list above: Jadarian Price, Bhayshul Tuten, Jonathon Brooks, Jonah Coleman, TreVeyon Henderson.

If you are not sure which you are, then check out the Dynasty Control Room. The league analyzer tool will tell you exactly where your team stands, how you project for future seasons, and what moves you need to make to increase your short-term and long-term value.

If you are a top-tier team, hopefully you have a top-6 tight end (Bowers, McBride, Loveland, Warren, Fannin, and Kraft). If you do not, I would be trading for one of the following guys:
George Kittle – Mid-2nd Round
Travis Kelce – Late-2nd Round
Dallas Goedert – Late-2nd Round
Mark Andrews – Late-2nd Round
Juwan Johnson – Late-2nd Round/Early-3rd
They all have top-10 potential but are valued outside the top 10 because of their age. I would probably move the following guys for one of the guys listed above: Brenton Strange, AJ Barner, Terrance Ferguson, Eli Stowers, Oronde Gadsden.

I looked at the top 96 players in 2025, and 10 tight ends were taken in that range. I looked to see how the player did based on their draft position. I am using Sleepers’ ADP for this exercise.

On average, there are about 22 4+ stars each year for the quarterback position. I wanted to look at the current landscape of the top 24 quarterbacks on KeepTradeCut to see what they were rated when they came out of high school. The high school star rating is from 247Sports.

The goal of this article is to determine the makeup of an elite fantasy football wide receiver. I am looking for wide receivers who average more than 17+ PPR a game, which is about the top 8 each year.
Since 2010, we have had 32 wide receivers with multiple seasons of 17+ PPR. These quarterbacks have accounted for 111 of 138 seasons since 2010. We have had 27 wide receivers only do it once so far. Some of those guys that are still playing and could join the list of 32 are:
