Welcome into the Week 7 waiver wire targets for dynasty! Take a look below and see who you should be looking to add to your dynasty leagues.
Go ahead and take a quick look to see if Ja’Marr Chase is available in your leagues…sheesh, he put on a show this week and is looking like a potential top 5 dynasty wide receiver already! Unfortunately, Chase will not be available. So, keep reading to see who you can look to add to your roster in hopes of making your team more well-rounded as we move into the second half of the season.
Foster Moreau
We found out late that Darren Waller hurt his foot in Friday practice and wound up sitting out this week against the Eagles. In his place, Foster Moreau put up big numbers, catching all six balls thrown his direction for 60 yards and a touchdown. Moreau will likely be relegated to backup duty next week, but you now know that Moreau is a legit fantasy option if Waller was to miss any time. He is worth a roster spot in dynasty as the rare tight end handcuff option.
Byron Pringle
In what was a bizarre anomaly for Patrick Mahomes in a 27-3 loss to the Titans, one receiver stood above all else…Byron Pringle. Pringle brought in five catches for 73 yards and led the team in the latter category in an ugly game for the Chiefs. Pringle has been average and admittedly does not look like a guy who will break into your starting lineup any time soon. That said, he appeared to be the favored target over Mecole Hardman and Demarcus Robinson in the Chiefs offense. If Tyreek Hill were to miss any time, Pringle could be a name to look at in what is typically a fast-paced high scoring offense.
Kalif Raymond
The Lions have a dearth of pass-catchers but one that has been somewhat consistent this year is Kalif Raymond. Raymond brought in six of eight targets for 115 yards in a difficult matchup against the Los Angeles Rams. This marks Raymond’s third game this season with six catches and he appears to have some semblance of a rapport with Jared Goff. Even if Raymond is the number one wide receiver, he is still at best third on the pecking order behind D’Andre Swift and T.J. Hockenson. With a team that is likely to be in a negative game script throughout the season, you could do worse than using Raymond as a bye week fill-in throughout the rest of the season.
