Week 11 Streamers

Can you believe it’s already Week 11!?! Some of you have already locked in a playoff spot, and others of you are working hard to earn one of those final spots into the dance. In previous weeks, this series had been full of streaming options that weren’t super reliable. And of course, these players below aren’t “guarantees,” but every single one of them is easy to stream based on their Week 11 matchup. Even the “deep stream” option will start in a ton of leagues this week. Like always, we will provide the best weekly options to stream at quarterback, tight end, and D/ST. Keep in mind, each streaming option will be below 50% owned, according to ESPN leagues.

QUARTERBACK

Streamer #1: Tua Tagovailoa at NYJ, 35.6% owned

 Week   Opponent  Fantasy Points
 1  at Patriots  17.2
 2  vs Bills  0.5
 3  at Raiders  N/A
 4  vs Colts  N/A
 5  at Buccaneers   N/A
 6  at Jaguars  22.4
 7  vs Falcons  28.5
 8  at Bills  16.2
 9  vs Texans  N/A
 10  vs Ravens  12.3

Entering Week 10, Tagovailoa had been nursing a finger injury, and he was labeled as Jacoby Brissett’s back-up last Thursday. Once Brissett went down with an injury of his own, Tagovailoa quickly made a positive effect in the game. He finished with 158 passing yards on 13 attempts (completed eight) and a rushing touchdown in about two quarters played. If you look at his last 16 quarters played, he’s averaging about 5.7 points per quarter. On a full game scale, that equates out to about 22.7 fantasy points per game. For a streaming option, that is more than what you can ask for. And the cherry on top? He’s taking on a Jets team that’s allowing an average of 21.8 fantasy points to quarterbacks in their last five games. If the second-year signal-caller is available in free agency, he may be your best streaming option this week.

Streamer #2: Justin Fields vs BAL, 18% owned

 Week   Opponent  Fantasy Points
 1  at Rams  6.7
 2  vs Bengals  4.5
 3  at Browns  3.9
 4  vs Lions  8.3
 5  at Raiders  8.8
 6  vs Packers  14.3
 7  at Buccaneers   4.2
 8  vs 49ers  26.3
 9  at Steelers  19.1
 10  BYE  WEEK

Tagovailoa has been mentioned in this series throughout the season. On the other hand, Justin Fields is making his “Streamers” debut, as he takes on a mediocre Baltimore defense. The Ravens have allowed five different quarterbacks to top the 21-point mark this season, and they will more than likely give up another this week as well. Fields has been on a tear since Week 8. In his last two matchups, he has compiled 148 rushing yards on 18 attempts for one touchdown. He’s also improved in the passing game, as he’s combined for 466 yards and two touchdowns during Weeks 8 and 9. Expect his hot stretch to continue against Baltimore on Sunday. Not only will he be taking on Lamar Jackson, but he will be doing his best impersonation of him as well.

TIGHT END

Streamer #1: Tyler Conklin vs GB, 37.5% owned

Week   Opponent  PPR  Points   Half PPR Points   Standard Points
 1  at Bengals  8.1  6.1  4.1
 2  at Cardinals  3.5  2.5  1.5
 3  vs Seahawks   20.0  16.5  13.0
 4  vs Browns  5.8  3.8  1.8
 5  vs Lions  4.5  3.5  2.5
 6  at Panthers  10.1  8.6  7.1
 7  BYE  BYE  BYE  BYE
 8  vs Cowboys  10.7  8.2  5.7
 9  at Ravens  9.5  7  4.5
 10  at Chargers  16.1  14.6  13.1

I said it last week, and I’ll say it again this week as well. Tyler Conklin is one of the best streaming tight ends on the market. Sure, he has his games where he fails to produce double-digit fantasy points, but he’s always involved. I’m not telling you to start him over T.J. Hockenson or Mike Gesicki, but those are two of many tight ends in the league that will give you a “goose egg” from time to time (both produced zero fantasy points in Week 10). Conklin will NEVER do that. He’s a safe streaming option who is coming off a two-touchdown performance on Sunday. He now takes on a Packers defense that has surprisingly been stout as of late. What has been their one weakness through their strand of impressive performances? You guessed it, tight ends. Since Week 5, they have allowed more than eight PPR points per game to the tight end position. Just this past week, Gerald Everett led the Seahawks in receiving with eight receptions for 63 yards and 14.3 PPR points. Go ahead and release a giant “CONK CONK!”

Streamer #2: C.J. Uzomah at LV, 16.5% owned

Week   Opponent   PPR  Points   Half PPR Points   Standard Points
 1  vs Vikings  5.5  4.5  3.5
 2  at Bears  2.4  1.4  0.4
 3  at Steelers  0.0  0.0  0.0
 4  vs Jaguars  26.5  24.0  21.5
 5  vs Packers  3.6  2.6  1.6
 6  at Lions  10.5  9.0  7.5
 7  at Ravens  24.1  22.6  21.1
 8  at Jets  7.3  5.3  3.3
 9  vs Browns  6.4  4.4  2.4
 10  BYE  BYE  BYE  BYE

I know it feels wrong, but streaming Uzomah is one of the smartest things you could do this week if you need to stream the tight end position. He hasn’t been amazing as of late, but he’s been involved. When you stream a tight end, you need to stream someone who gets involved. He’s seen at least three targets in his last four games and at least four in his last two. Sure, he may be a little touchdown dependant, but so are most streaming options. Look at his Week 11 matchup. He takes on a Raiders defense that ranks second-to-last at defending the tight end position. They’ve allowed double-digit PPR points to the tight end position seven games in a row. During that span, six different tight ends hauled in a receiving touchdown, and five of them reached the 70-yard receiving mark. This seems like a no-brainer.

D/ST

Streamer #1: San Francisco 49ers at JAX, 48.1% owned

 Week   Opponent  Fantasy Points
 1  at Lions  7.0
 2  at Eagles  7.0
 3  vs Packers  -1.0
 4  vs Seahawks   4.0
 5  at Cardinals  5.0
 6  BYE  WEEK
 7  vs Colts  6.0
 8  at Bears  6.0
 9  vs Cardinals  -2.0
 10  vs Rams  17.0

It’s going to be an easy week for those looking to stream at the D/ST position. I could only fit two defenses in this article. The Panthers, Washington Football Team, Dolphins, and Chargers are all great streaming options as well. I had to go with the top dogs though. The 49ers are coming off a very impressive outing against the Rams on Monday Night Football. They generated a season-high 17 fantasy points, as they forced two interceptions, two sacks, and one defensive touchdown. They will look to continue their recent success, as they take on a struggling Jacksonville offense. Trevor Lawrence has turned the ball over 13 times in 10 career games. To go along with that, he’s been sacked 16 times this season and five times in his last two matchups alone. Don’t be surprised if the 49ers produce double-digit fantasy points once again.

Streamer #2: Tennessee Titans vs HOU, 44.6% owned

 Week   Opponent  Fantasy Points
 1  vs Cardinals   -2.0
 2  at Seahawks  1.0
 3  vs Colts  5.0
 4  at Jets  2.0
 5  at Jaguars  7.0
 6  vs Bills  1.0
 7  vs Chiefs  14.0
 8  at Colts  12.0
 9  at Rams  16.0
 10  vs Saints  5.0

Look at the Tennessee Titans go! They have been a roll lately, even without Derrick Henry on the field. Much of their great play should be credited to their defense. They’ve produced double-digit fantasy points three times in their last four games. Now they take on a Houston offense that finds themselves towards the bottom of the league in offensive efficiency. The Texans have given up the third-most fantasy points to team defenses this season, and they’ve allowed at least 11 fantasy points in four out of their last six contests. They’re fresh off a poor performance where they allowed 17 fantasy points to the Miami Dolphins in Week 9. I’m not saying the Titans will generate that many points, but it’s certainly a possibility.

BONUS

Deep Stream: Cam Newton vs WFT, 12.5% owned

 Week   Opponent   Fantasy Points
 1  N/A  N/A
 2  N/A  N/A
 3  N/A  N/A
 4  N/A  N/A
 5  N/A  N/A
 6  N/A  N/A
 7  N/A  N/A
 8  N/A  N/A
 9  N/A  N/A
 10  at Cardinals  11.7

Some of you may look right past Newton this week as a streaming option at quarterback. I don’t blame you, but I don’t agree with you. He made his Panthers season debut this past week in a limited fashion. On his first snap of the game, he ran into the endzone on a designed run. He threw for another touchdown on his second snap, connecting with Robby Anderson on an out-route in the endzone. Although Newton took only nine snaps the entire game, he generated 11.7 fantasy points. Imagine what he could do after a full week of learning the playbook and playing the entire game! That’s what we will see this week against the Washington Football Team. The Panthers have already deemed him as the Week 11 starter, and Washington has given up the MOST fantasy points to quarterbacks this season. This is the perfect matchup for Newton to make his first start of the season.
