Ryan Tannehill had an excellent game. He completed 21/27 of his passes for 273 yards and three touchdowns, and he also added three carries for 21 yards and two rushing touchdowns. I currently rank Tannehill as my dynasty QB11. He’s locked into his current situation through 2022, and I don’t see him slowing down. I’m perfectly comfortable with Tannehill as my QB1 in a 1QB league and my QB2 in Superflex leagues.

The carnage of Week 14 is a not-so-friendly reminder to keep grinding all the way to the end of the season. Players who left the field with injuries include 49ers’ LB Fred Warner, Cardinals’ IDL Jordan Phillips, Bears’ CB Jaylon Johnson, and no fewer than four Eagles: CB Darius Slay, CB Avonte Maddox, S Rodney McLeod, and DT Malik Jackson. Three starting Raiders – DE Clelin Ferrell, LB Nicholas Morrow, and S Johnathan Abram – were sidelined, and the Raiders’ 44-27 loss to the Colts got defensive coordinator Paul Guenther canned.

Remember my looking ahead to Week 15 article? If you scroll to the bottom, I begged you to pick up Jalen Hurts in advance of Week 15. I didn’t think he would be a fantasy star against the Saints, and I even made a charity bet that he wouldn’t be a top-12 quarterback. Well, I was wrong. Hurts currently sits as the QB8 for the week with only two quarterbacks to go, meaning that he will definitely be a QB1 in Week 14. Hurts completed 17/30 passes for 167 yards and a touchdown while losing a fumble. However, he dominated on the ground, taking 18 carries for 106 yards.
In this weekly article, I’m going to look ahead to the following week. I’ll point out a few players below 40% owned on ESPN who have strong matchups next week that you can pick up ahead of time to beat the waiver run. With added IR spots in most leagues, you can also shift injured players there, opening up a roster spot for these options. At this point, we’re playing a weekly game. The fantasy playoffs are here, and dynasty owners are either getting ready for a championship run or still chugging away and grinding out some end of roster collateral for next season. This week I will be looking at another mini-sized wide receiver with exceptional measurables, Cameron Batson. This 5’8 175 lb. wide receiver is in his third year as a pro and showing glimpses of what we want from a big-play receiver. The Tennessee Titans seemed to be loaded with these types after you take away A.J. Brown and Corey Davis, but I am highest on Batson going forward as opposed to Kalif Raymond and Adam Humphries.

Of course, Jonathan Taylor dominated the running back touches this week, just as the Colts claimed that Nyheim Hines would see the most touches. Taylor had 22 carries for 90 yards, and he caught four passes for 24 yards. I also know that Taylor had multiple plays called back for holding, including a touchdown. Overall, I’m happy with what we saw from Taylor this week, and I hope he can build on this momentum moving forward to regain his status as a high-end dynasty RB1.

In Week 8, Chiefs safety Daniel Sorensen played more snaps than fellow safety Juan Thornhill for the first time since opening day when Thornhill was returning from injury. Is 30-year-old Sorensen just now turning into a good player? He now has nine tackles and a turnover in each of his last two games. More importantly, he tied for the team lead in snaps.

At the time of writing this article on Thursday night, the NFL has rescheduled two Week 5 games. First, the NFL has moved the Patriots-Broncos game from 4:25 PM ET on Sunday to 5:00 PM ET on Monday. Last week, the Titans had multiple players and personnel test positive for COVID-19 after their game against the Vikings. A great week as we went 2-1 on our in-depth picks and 11-5(!) overall! After some average 9-7 starts this was shot in the arm we were looking for. Our strategy of picking against the Jets continues to work to perfection and (spoiler alert) we’re going to roll with it again this week. Unfortunately, Biscuits could not keep her hot streak going and fell to 2-1 on the season. No worries though, she told me she already has her next pick locked and loaded!

A perfect 3-0 on our in-depth picks is overshadowed by one of the worst injury days I’ve ever witnessed watching the NFL. While I primarily write on sports betting, I am also an avid fantasy football player. So trust me Barkley and CMC owners, I feel you. This was brutal. In light of what we saw in Week 2, Week 1 reminds me of the first scene at the Moscow hospital in the television series “Chernobyl.” Firefighters responded to the explosion of a nuclear reactor at the Chernobyl nuclear reactor in Ukraine. Those that survived were transported to Moscow for treatment for severe radiation exposure. The wife of firefighter Vasily finds her husband playing cards and smoking cigarettes on a hospital bed during a reprieve in symptoms. Week 2 of the 2020 NFL season was the end of that Chernobyl episode, where Vasily and his comrades experienced cellular disintegration turning them into molten lumps of flesh. Shocking and irreversible was the injury carnage of Week 2.

In this streaming article, I will provide you the best weekly options to stream quarterback, tight end, and D/ST. In each section, I’ll break down two streamers in detail, both of which will be under 50% owned, according to ESPN’s ownership percentage at the time of writing. Playing the matchups is a crucial feature of redraft fantasy football, and especially in a crazy 2020 season, active fantasy owners will have a massive advantage. I also want to provide added value for each type of streamer this season. I’ll highlight any players from 50-60% owned in each section if they’re superior options to both of my streaming candidates at that specific position. Those players are “probably owned,” but they could be out there in 10-team or shallower formats. I won’t offer analysis on these players, just the names and matchups.
If neither of my two suggested streamers is under 25% ownership percentage, I will give a “super-deep” option. That feature should help those owners playing in deeper leagues with few waiver-wire options. Like the “probably owned” players, I’ll list the players without analysis. I realize that all leagues are different, and I want to accommodate all of my readers.
