Redraft Team Focus: Eagles

I’m analyzing every one of the 32 NFL teams and all of their redraft-relevant fantasy assets in this article series. It’s a long project, but I want to make sure that you, the reader, have something you can refer to for every team. For each article, I’ll split up the fantasy assets into three categories: high-end assets, usable contributors, and dart throws. Let’s jump into the Eagles.

Rounds 1 and 2 Redraft Rankings Update: Part 2

In late February and early March, I published a pair of articles about my early redraft Round 1 and Round 2 rankings. If you want to find my full rankings, they are updated continuously and can be found here under the redraft tab. These rankings assume a 1QB, PPR format where there is an equal number of running back and wide receiver starters. The tiers divide players by their position to provide the best possible context for my rankings. I covered the top 13 players in Part 1, so here comes the final 11 players as well as the two who fell out of the top 24.

Marquise Goodwin to the Eagles

Recently, the Eagles have made a bunch of transactions to overhaul their wide receiver room, including a trade for Marquise Goodwin. While I might cover the 49ers’ receiver situation in another piece, I think that most dynasty owners had already assumed that Goodwin was on his way out there. Therefore, there should be little to no change in the dynasty value of the receivers there. With that said, let’s jump into it.

Three Running Backs I Love in Dynasty 2020

Running backs come and go quickly in the NFL these days. On average their careers last roughly three years and it’s impossible to predict when an injury will end a season for one player and start it for the next. In this article, I’ll be diving into metrics that show you why I love these three backs who will exceed your expectations going into 2020 after breaking out last season. You need to have an RB1 that can handle the rigors of the season, produce with limited carries, and avoid contact in order to avoid injury.  Our fantasy expectation has to shift from the total number of carries per game and more towards the total number of touches. The following are examples of running backs I love in dynasty formats.

Dynasty Thanksgiving

thaHappy early Thanksgiving! I’m not much of the sentimental type but I thought it apt to share some of the players that I’m thankful for this season. It’s so easy to lament the poor performances and the underperformers in fantasy, but I wanted to put something positive into the universe. There is no criteria for

NFC East Factory Divisional Nuggets 6-7

Terry McLaurin (WR)Week 6: 4-100-2 (SNP% 97)Week 7: 1-11 (SNP% 98)
Terry McLaurin still proves to be the only wide receiver in Washington that you can put in your lineup with any confidence. He lit up the Dolphins for 100 yards and two touchdowns on only 4 receptions (seven targets). The rain put a damper on his game against San Francisco, where Washington was held scoreless. The Vikings are a middle of the road pass defense while the Bills are a top-five, so you may need to temper expectations. The Redskins should be playing from behind in both games, so McLaurin should have value since they will be needing to throw often.

Dynasty Stat Takeaways Through Two Weeks

Every couple of weeks I’ll take a look at various stats to try to determine if any trends stand out. These trends could relate to specific players or situations. I’ll be looking at targets, snap shares, and airyards among other metrics to help formulate opinions on players and how you as a dynasty player should be interpreting this data. This week I’m reviewing a couple of rookie running backs, Todd Gurley, a second-year wide receiver breakout and the Green Bay Packers WR2 competition.

Sanders vs. Singletary Rap Battle

In light of LeSean McCoy’s recent release, our writers had a spirited discussion that nobody thought was likely to ever occur four months ago. So in the spirit of “8 Mile”, @DFF_Mike2 and @DFF_Biscuits have decided to have a rap battle about two rookie RBs. Is Miles Sanders or Devin Singletary the better asset in dynasty leagues for year one, for 2020 and beyond, or both?

Dynasty Impact: Miles Sanders and J.J. Arcega-Whiteside to the Philadelphia Eagles

After spending their first-round draft pick on their left tackle of the future, Andre Dillard to protect Carson Wentz for the next decade, day two saw the Philadelphia Eagles load up on offensive weapons for Wentz to play with. In the second round of the draft, they added running back Miles Sanders with the 53rd

Dynasty Nightmares (NFL Draft Edition)

The premise of this article is simple. Which players getting drafted to specific teams would cause a
