Keaontay Ingram

Week 8 Dynasty Waiver Wire

Hello DFF members, my name is Chris and this year I will be writing the weekly dynasty waiver adds piece. In this article I will be writing about players that I feel should be owned in much higher quantities in your dynasty leagues. I will try to stick to low ownership percentages, around 30% or less, but if there is a guy above that, who I think should be owned significantly more I will include them as well. I will be focusing on a 12-team, full PPR set-up for these articles but the players I am choosing should apply in 10-team leagues as well. Without further ado let’s get into the waiver adds.

Marlon Mack, RB DEN – 17.01% Owned

FAAB Recommendation: 5%

Marlon Mack has been added to the Denver Broncos roster after the team placed Mike Boone on IR. I still believe Mack is at minimum a capable backup that, if given the opportunity can score fantasy points for your roster. He is a good end-of-bench stash.

Keaontay Ingram, RB ARI – 19.82%

FAAB Recommendation: 23-33%

I am shocked that Ingram is not owned in more leagues. I believe I had him on earlier waiver wire pieces, but after his performance last week Ingram is a must-add that will no longer be on waivers. He is a capable RB and will be able to produce if thrust into a starting role.

DeSean Jackson, WR BAL – 6.80%

FAAB Recommendation: 3%

Jackson is not a hot waiver add, nor is he a guy I am putting into my flex. But in a deeper league where byes and injuries can make finding usable starters very difficult, Jackson is a guy you can plug and play in the hopes he catches a deep ball or two and maybe even a touchdown.

Peyton Hendershot, TE DAL – 3.51%

FAAB Recommendation: 4%

Hendershot may be a name you have only recently become familiar with. He is a rookie tight end for the cowboys and he has stolen some of Dalton Schultz’s touches in the last few weeks. I do not expect this to change for this season but I do think it is very possible that the Cowboys could pass on extending Dalton Schultz and letting Hendershot take over that TE1 spot. You have to play the waiting game on this one, it is purely a stash.

Sam Ehlinger, QB IND – 8.67%

FAAB Recommendation: 27-37%

Sam Ehlinger is not exciting, he is not super talented, and I do not have much confidence in him. But, he is a quarterback, on a team with a good offensive line, running back, and weapons outside. He will also most likely be starting the rest of the season. He is a must-add in Superflex leagues and he is worth grabbing because if he is even decent you could sell him for a future 2nd or more.
