Seattle Seahawks

Week 13 Streamers

There are only a couple of weeks left before most leagues head into their postseason formats. With the Cardinals and Panthers on bye this week, you may have to turn to free agency to compile your starting lineup(s). For those of you that are trying to solidify your team because you’ve faced multiple injuries to key players, this may be a pivotal week for you. Today, we will feature some familiar names, a couple of intriguing D/STs, and a red-hot quarterback who just took over starting duties for his team. Remember, we always provide the best players to stream at quarterback, tight end, and D/ST. Each streaming option will have ownership under 60%, according to ESPN. Below, you will find two streamers per position and a “deep stream” option (15% or lower). Let’s stream our way right into the fantasy playoffs!

QUARTERBACK

Jimmy Garoppolo

Streamer #1: Jimmy Garoppolo vs Dolphins, 45.8% owned

 Week  Opponent  Fantasy Points
 1  at Bears  N/A
 2  vs Seahawks  16.7
 3  at Broncos  9.4
 4  vs Rams  13.9
 5  at Panthers  18.0
 6  at Falcons  18.9
 7  vs Chiefs  17.3
 8  at Rams  17.7
 9  BYE  BYE
 10  vs Chargers  15.9
 11  at Cardinals   25.4
 12  vs Saints  13.3

Jimmy Garoppolo is no stranger to appearing in this series. Not only is he reliable, but he’s on a winning team with full trust in him even though he started the season backing up Trey Lance. He’s fallen short of double-digit points just once, and he’s averaging the 14th most fantasy points at the quarterback position this season with at least nine games played (16.7). Since Week 5, he’s been the QB10, which lands him in front of names like Lamar Jackson, Kyler Murray, Justin Herbert, and Tom Brady. This week, he takes on the Dolphins, who are allowing the fourth-most fantasy points to his position this season.

Streamer #2: Jared Goff vs Jaguars, 29.4% owned

 Week  Opponent  Fantasy Points
 1  vs Eagles  16.5
 2  vs Commanders  26.0
 3  at Vikings  14.9
 4  vs Seahawks  34.2
 5  at Patriots  6.9
 6  BYE  BYE
 7  at Cowboys  3.5
 8  vs Dolphins  17.6
 9  vs Packers  12.4
 10  at Bears  14.8
 11  at Giants  6.5
 12  vs Bills  17.6

It’s been a couple of weeks since Jared Goff featured in this series, but his matchup against the Jaguars looks too good on paper. Although his full arsenal of weapons isn’t entirely healthy yet, DJ Chark, Josh Reynolds, and D’Andre Swift look to have fully recovered from their injuries at this point. Those three have combined for 59 receptions for 657 yards and six touchdowns on the season. Add Amon-Ra St. Brown, Jamaal Williams, Kalif Raymond, and a couple of intriguing tight ends, and you have a decent pass-catching group there in Detroit. Goff and the Lions’ opponent, the Jacksonville Jaguars, rank 24th against fantasy quarterbacks this season. They’ve allowed 20-plus points to the position in three straight games.

TIGHT END

Foster Moreau

Streamer #1: Foster Moreau vs Chargers, 38.8% owned

Week  Opponent  PPR  Points  Half PPR Points  Standard Points
 1  at Chargers  N/A  N/A  N/A
 2  vs Cardinals  6.0  4.5  3.0
 3  at Titans  7.4  5.9  4.4
 4  vs Broncos  N/A  N/A  N/A
 5  at Chiefs  N/A  N/A  N/A
 6  BYE  BYE  BYE  BYE
 7  vs Texans  5.8  4.3  2.8
 8  at Saints  9.1  6.1  3.1
 9  at Jaguars  4.4  3.4  2.4
 10  vs Colts  13.3  11.8  10.3
 11  at Broncos  4.3  3.8  3.3
 12  at Seahawks  13.3  10.8  9.3

The Los Angeles Chargers have allowed 10-plus fantasy points to opposing tight ends in all but four games this season. Their defense is depleted with injuries, and they’ve been worse against the pass in recent weeks. In comes Foster Moreau, who you could argue is Derek Carr’s second or third top pass-catcher right now with Hunter Renfrow and Darren Waller out. The 25-year-old has done a decent job in place of the injured Waller, and he’s coming off a TE9 performance against the Seahawks. If you’re in need of streaming the position, Moreau may be your best bet this week.

Streamer #2: Tyler Conklin at Vikings, 33.4% owned

Week  Opponent  PPR  Points  Half PPR Points  Standard Points
 1  vs Ravens  11.6  9.6  7.7
 2   at Browns  10.0  7.0  4.0
 3  vs Bengals  16.4  12.4  8.4
 4  at Steelers  8.2  6.7  5.2
 5  vs Dolphins  0.0  0.0  0.0
 6  at Packers  2.7  2.2  1.7
 7  at Broncos  6.2  4.2  2.2
 8  vs Patriots  25.9  22.9  19.9
 9  vs Bills  1.7  1.2  0.7
 10  BYE  BYE  BYE  BYE
 11  at Patriots  3.5  2.5  1.5
 12  vs Bears  8.0  6.5  5.0

When you make the transition from Zach Wilson to Mike White (or even Joe Flacco), fantasy production will likely skyrocket for your skill position players. That’s music to our ears here in the fantasy football world. And although the sample size is small, White made Tyler Conklin fantasy-relevant again in just one week. Conklin didn’t dominate by any means, but he served as the TE15 in Week 12. With a better matchup this week against the Vikings, expect more targets and production from the veteran pass-catcher. Minnesota ranks 24th against fantasy tight ends this season, and they are fresh off allowing Hunter Henry to haul in three receptions for 63 yards and a touchdown to finish as the Week 12 TE5.

D/ST

Browns Defense 1

Streamer #1: Browns at Texans, 38.1% owned

 Week  Opponent  Fantasy Points
 1  at Panthers  8.0
 2  vs Jets  0.0
 3  vs Steelers  10.0
 4  at Falcons  3.0
 5  vs Chargers  -5.0
 6  vs Patriots  0.0
 7  at Ravens  7.0
 8  vs Bengals  14.0
 9  BYE  BYE
 10  at Dolphins  -7.0
 11  at Bills  0.0
 12  vs Buccaneers  4.0

Cleveland’s defense has been hit or miss this season. But what hasn’t been hit or miss is the Texans’ offense. They’ve been awful this year, and they just made the transition from Davis Mills to Kyle Allen as the team’s starting signal-caller. That move didn’t work out last week. And the team has allowed two straight 20-plus point performances to opposing D/STs. They’ve allowed at least five fantasy points in every game this season, and in five consecutive games, they’ve allowed at least eight. Cleveland looks to become the third-straight D/ST to finish as the D/ST1 on the week against this depleted one-win team.

Streamer #2: Seahawks at Rams, 24.2% owned

 Week  Opponent  Fantasy Points
 1  vs Broncos  4.0
 2  at 49ers  8.0
 3  vs Falcons  6.0
 4  at Lions  2.0
 5  at Saints  -1.0
 6  vs Cardinals  14.0
 7  at Chargers  7.0
 8  vs Giants  14.0
 9  at Cardinals  10.0
 10  at Buccaneers  1.0
 11  BYE  BYE
 12  vs Raiders  -5.0

If you were too late adding the Browns’ D/ST as your streaming option, your next best bet would likely be the Seahawks. They take on a Rams team that will be without Matthew Stafford, Cooper Kupp, and Allen Robinson. Most of their offensive line is hurt, and they do not have any sort of running game as well. In the last three weeks combined, Los Angeles has given up 10 sacks, three interceptions, one fumble, and 27 fantasy points. They rank dead last against opposing D/STs this season, and the Seahawks come into this matchup as the D/ST11 through the first 12 weeks. Expect a few sacks and a couple of takeaways, as the Rams are forced to start either John Wolford or Bryce Perkins this week at quarterback.

BONUS

Deep Stream: Mike White at Vikings, 8.4% owned

 Week  Opponent  Fantasy Points
 1  vs Ravens  N/A
 2  at Browns  N/A
 3  vs Bengals  N/A
 4   at Steelers  N/A
 5  vs Dolphins  N/A
 6  at Packers  N/A
 7  at Broncos  N/A
 8  vs Patriots  N/A
 9  vs Bills  N/A
 10  BYE  BYE
 11  at Patriots  N/A
 12  vs Bears  24.8

We already mentioned him above, but White has officially taken over starting quarterback duties for the Jets over Zach Wilson. In his first start of the season, he finished as the QB6 in Week 12 after torching the Chicago Bears’ defense. He completed 22 of his 28 attempts for 315 yards and three touchdowns. Sure, that was against one of the worst defenses in the leagues, but he now has a matchup against a Vikings defense that can’t seem to stop the quarterback position as of late. They’ve allowed 20-plus fantasy points to opposing quarterbacks in five of their last six games. Even Mac Jones dominated against them, as he finished as the QB7 a week ago. If you’re in a deep league, or even if you have more trust in White over Garoppolo and Goff, he may help you win your Week 13 matchup this week.
