Justyn Ross: A Wide Receiver Possessed

Justyn Ross is possibly the best wide receiver to play for Clemson University, if not one of the best we have seen in the college game of recent memory. Better than DeVonta Smith. Yes, I said that and stand by it. He has the size (6’4”/205 lbs.) and despite his pedestrian 4.87 40 time, as soon as he straps on a helmet and pads, he takes it to a whole other level. The current NFL player I would most likely compare him to is another Clemson WR product, DeAndre Hopkins. His size, catch radius and just football instincts are second to none.

Tarik Cohen: 2020 Dynasty Profile

Tarik Cohen: 2020 Dynasty Profile

Cohen came into the NFL as a fourth-round pick in 2017, where he profiled as the pass-catching complement to two-down grinder Jordan Howard. Throughout his three seasons, Cohen has played every game and has increased his receptions year over year. In 2018, Cohen shined as the Bears’ offense found success. He averaged an incredible 10.2 yards/reception and 8.0 yards/target.

Tyler Higbee

Tyler Higbee: 2020 Dynasty Profile

Higbee is one of my favorite 2020 values at tight end, coming in at TE6 in my redraft rankings. He’s in the same tier as Hunter Henry and Evan Engram, but neither of those players has anywhere close to Higbee’s upside. The Rams’ offense should improve from 2019, as quarterback Jared Goff had almost the same yardage in 2018 and 2019 but threw 10 fewer touchdowns. I expect to have many Higbee shares in my 2020 redraft leagues, and I would love to have him on my dynasty team.

High Upside Dart Throw: Van Jefferson

Van Jefferson is not on anyone’s fantasy radar coming into drafts this season. Quietly selected in the second round of the 2020 draft, Jefferson walks into his rookie season with one of the best offensive schemes in the NFL. Other highly drafted prospects like Jerry Jeudy, CeeDee Lamb, and Michael Pittman are getting the majority of the attention from the fantasy community. However, I believe Van Jefferson may be the most underrated and unheralded rookie of the 2020 class, and someone that could bring you sneaky value this upcoming fantasy season.

Tight End Spotlight: Mike Gesicki

In fantasy football, the tight end position is somewhat of an enigma. Most leagues require you to start at least one, which is hard enough by itself. Other leagues, for whatever reason (all kidding aside), require you to start two. While the elite tight ends are usually pretty easy to identify, they require significant draft capital to acquire and cost you valuable depth at other positions on your roster.

Why Austin Seferian-Jenkins signing with New England matters

Austin Seferian-Jenkins The New England Patriots have lost the Polar bear in pads that is Rob Gronkowski, and the fantasy world is anxious to lock in the next tight end to catch passes from Tom Brady. We’ve been wondering, who could possibly replace Gronk? The answer is no one, but the Patriots need to find

The Case FOR and AGAINST Drafting Jerick McKinnon

The Case FOR and AGAINST drafting Jerick McKinnon Just like the 1849 Gold Rush that the 49ers are named for, Jerick McKinnon carries the promise of glory and prosperity for San Francisco. But underneath the glitter and shine, the threat of coming away empty-handed lingers as well. So, like the prospectors of old, you have

RB Theorem | Chpt. IV: Mr. Under-Appreciated

As a kid one my best friends was NFL films. I have revealed this countless times on various podcasts. This was not because I was a total booger eating loser. It was simply by choice. My downtime was spent listening to Steve Sabol’s pontificating intros of epic lore. John Facenda would poetically dialogue over top

The case For and Against drafting DeShaun Watson

[profiler]DeShaun Watson[/profiler] is undoubtedly a talented QB, and his 2017 season was cut tragically short. In the time he did play, he was arguably the best QB in the NFL, specifically Weeks 3 through 8 when he assumed the starting role and began to thrive. But with such a small sample size, can you trust

Instant Fantasy Impact: Paul Richardson to the Redskins

With the departure of Desean Jackson prior to the 2017 season, the Washington Redskins’ offense lacked a playmaker who consistently could blow the top off opposing defenses. Enter Paul Richardson, the ex-Seahawk is a 6-foot, 175 lbs. receiver with blazing 4.4 speed coming off a career season in Seattle. Here are the workout metrics of

2018 Late Round Must Own QB: Blake Bortles

I did not imagine for one moment heading into the 2017 season that [profiler]Blake Bortles[/profiler] would lead me to multiple championships, but here I am, 4 rings heavier with Bortles as the QB of every winning team I had. After streaming the QB position in the majority of leagues last season, I settled on Bortles

Fantasy Impact: Brandin Cooks Traded to Rams

Apparently, the Patriots felt that they had one too many Cooks in the kitchen because they are moving on from their big 2017 offseason acquisition, [profiler]Brandin Cooks[/profiler]. Fantasy Impact: Gore Signs with Miami

Like all people approaching retirement age, Frank Gore is moving to Florida. The 34 year-old has decided to play in his 14th(!) NFL season, and he joins his hometown Miami Dolphins on a one-year contract. Gore brings plenty of experience to the team, as he’ll likely appear in his 200th game during the 2018 season

NFL Draft Prep: Dante Pettis, WR, Washington

The success rate on first-round receivers in recent years has been low. Guys like Tavon Austin and Laquon Treadwell, who many believed would become stars, turned out to be massive duds at the next level. I don’t see that same fate for Washington’s Dante Pettis. In a class loaded at the receiver position, Pettis stands
