The tight end position has been a turnstile for New England in the short time since Rob Gronkowski retired. The Patriots have been scrambling to find a replacement since he left the NFL. They signed TE Stephen Anderson in January, Matt LaCosse in March, and Austin Seferian-Jenkins in April.
