With the 2023 NFL season wrapped up and the Super Bowl in the rearview mirror, it’s time to revisit the rookie class and conduct a redraft based on their performances. In this three-round rookie redraft series, we’ll analyze the impact, development, and surprises of the 2023 NFL Rookies in a 12-team Superflex format. You can check out Part 1 here, covering my first-round picks. Now, let’s take a look at picks 13-24! 

Round 2

  1. Jaxon Smith Njigba (WR, Seattle Seahawks)

Kincaid entered the league with high expectations and delivered some exciting plays in a dynamic Buffalo offense. With more consistency, he’s poised for fantasy success in the upcoming season.
