Dylan Raiola

DynastyPatrolHQ’s Devy Freshmen: QB Landscape

By Anthony Walesby II | January 25, 2024 | 0 Comments

Dylan Raiola is the newest golden-armed QB to enter college football. He’s got a cannon for an arm and can sling it all over the field. Raiola played his high school ball at Buford High School in Buford, GA. He passed for 2,666 yards to go along with 34 TDs and 1 INT in his senior season. Raiola stands at 6’3” and 230 lbs. giving him the perfect size for an NFL-caliber QB. Raiola’s decision to commit to Nebraska was a bit puzzling but it should give him ample time to play right away. According to most crypto sports betting sites, Raiola had initially been considered a lock to play for Georgia where he played his high school ball but he flipped to Nebraska at the last second. His father played for Nebraska which may have influenced his decision. Raiola is not known for being mobile but he can avoid pressure when needed and with an arm like his he doesn’t have to be. Look for Raiola to set college football ablaze starting in 2024.

By Ike Dirrim | January 25, 2024 | 0 Comments

Did your 2023 Dynasty Fantasy Football Season go differently than planned? Is your Dynasty Roster in need of a little shakeup? You may need a young quarterback and tight end with bright futures. It will take a lot to trade for players like C.J. Stroud, Anthony Richardson, Bryce Young, Sam LaPorta, Dalton Kincaid, or even Michael Mayer. But one rookie quarterback and one tight end each stand out as players who still have very bright futures in this league. Below are the two rookies you should target in trades this offseason. Remember that these are candidates for large rostered/deep Dynasty Leagues.

DFS with Doug Week 10

By Doug Harrelson | November 11, 2023 | 0 Comments

The downside of watching Panthers and Bears on Thursday Night Football is having to watch the Panthers and Bears on Thursday Night Football. The upside is not having another sub-40 total on this week’s main Sunday slate. This week, the island games eliminate teams like the Panthers, Bears, Patriots, and Jets from the main slate. Totals are still down quite a bit from previous seasons, thanks to scoring being down. We do have a couple of spots that I am excited to attack, though, so let’s get into it!

DFS with Doug Week 9

By Doug Harrelson | November 4, 2023 | 0 Comments

Every week, I tell you guys about how the slates can’t possibly get any more gross, and every week it is worse. We have a few more teams on bye and some premium offenses on island games or at 7:30 AM MT, forcing me to set an early alarm to watch the Dolphins and Chiefs. We also have an epidemic of backup quarterbacks playing this week, making things extremely gross. Some of the guys who could be starting at quarterback this week include Clayton Tune, Tyson Bagent, Jaren Hall, Taylor Hienicke, Brett Rypien, Zach Wilson, Gardener Minshew, and Aiden O’Connell. On a 10-game slate like this one, that’s 40% of our quarterbacks, which is tough to stomach.
