WR Sterling Shepard (NYG) ($6300): Tampa is currently giving up over 100 yards and a TD a game to slot receivers. With guaranteed volume and going up against arguably the worst passing defense in football, you should feel more than comfortable playing Shepard this week.
WR Dede Westbrook (JAX) ($5300): Pittsburgh is allowing 10 targets and just over 80 yards a game to slot WRs which is where Dede should line up. I don’t expect the Jags to hold a strong lead at any point this week, meaning Bortles should have to throw the ball against a team that has been playing better against the deep ball.
WR T.Y. Hilton (IND) ($6800): Hilton has been due for weeks now. Luck has been throwing the ball frequently and well this season. With T.Y. likely drawing Butler, it could be Hilton’s week to shine.
RB Dion Lewis (TEN) ($5900): Last week the Titans held a lead, meaning it was Henry time. Lewis saw 20 or more total touches in the last two games prior to last week, so for $5900 you are getting a bargain at $ per touch.
WR Curtis Samuel (CAR) ($4800): In a week with really no good WR value, I like Samuel as a punt play. He is averaging over 7 fantasy points per game. His salary to FPPG is almost 2x, which is a lot for guys in his price range. Out of all Carolina’s WRs, I believe Samuel has the best big play potential.
