Week 14 Dynasty Waiver Wire

Hello DFF members, my name is Chris and this year I will be writing the weekly dynasty waiver adds piece. In this article I will be writing about players that I feel should be owned in much higher quantities in your dynasty leagues. I will try to stick to low ownership percentages, around 30% or less, but if there is a guy above that who I think should be owned significantly more, I will include them as well. I will be focusing on a 12-team, full PPR, Superflex set-up for these articles but the players I am choosing should apply in 10-team leagues as well. Without further ado, let’s get into the waiver adds.

DeeJay Dallas, RB SEA

FAAB Recommendation: 15-20%

Kenneth Walker is hurt and that means a new back needs to step up to the plate. On Sunday it was a mix of DeeJay Dallas and Tony Jones with Dallas looking to be the much better of the two. My preference is Dallas but if he is owned and you have roster space Tony Jones and Travis Homer are both worth taking a look at as well. The Seahawks love to run and their starter will always hold value.

Brock Purdy, QB SF

FAAB Recommendation: 30-40%

Mr. Irrelevant got some real game action and did not falter in the spotlight. He played well, got the ball to his weapons, and put up fantasy points. The 9ers may sign a new QB here shortly but even if they do they may be most likely to stick with the guy that has been in the building all year and just won them a game vs a good Dolphins team.

Rashid Shaheed, WR NO

FAAB Recommendation: 5-8%

Rashid Shaheed seemed to be a bit of a joke to start the year, getting very few touches and scoring multiple long TDs. Throughout the season though, Shaheed has amassed 100 routes run and almost 2.5 yards per route run (YPRR) for a rookie that is an excellent number on a qualifying amount of volume. He’s a good stash for the future when these older Saints receivers leave and open more volume up.

Trent Sherfield, WR MIA

FAAB Recommendation: 2-3%

We saw on Sunday that if Waddle or Hill goes down Sherfield is the next man up. He is surprisingly unowned for a WR3 on a high-powered offense and is a good end-of-bench stash for this week. The dynasty waivers get pretty thin in this last few weeks and we are especially feeling it this year.
