These rankings are based on my own board. I’m not just ranking these guys by college stats. I’m looking at the full picture: CFF production, C2C value, Devy upside, roster insulation, and how aggressive you should be in supplemental or startup drafts.
The goal is simple. I want to help you know who to target, when to be aggressive, and where the value might be.

1. Arch Manning, Texas
Why He’s Ranked Here
Arch Manning is my QB1 in the SEC because he gives you the best mix of name value, talent, production path, and long-term insulation.
When you are drafting in C2C or Devy, you are not just drafting what a player is today. You are drafting what he can become. Arch gives you the type of ceiling that can change a fantasy roster. He has the arm, the pedigree, the athletic ability, and the system around him to become one of the most valuable quarterback assets in these formats.
From a fantasy standpoint, the exciting part is that he is not just a statue in the pocket. He can move, extend plays, and add enough with his legs to matter. That matters in C2C, and it matters even more when you are betting on long-term upside.

In 2025 at Texas, Manning completed 248 of 404 passes for 3,163 yards, 26 touchdowns, and 7 interceptions.

2. Jared Curtis, Vanderbilt
Why He’s Ranked Here
Jared Curtis is this high because the upside is real. Vanderbilt landing this type of quarterback prospect is a big deal, and for our formats, that matters.
Curtis brings size, arm talent, confidence, and playmaking ability. He is not just a pocket passer who needs everything perfect around him. He can create, he can push the ball, and he has enough athletic ability to give fantasy managers something extra.
The key here is patience. He is still a freshman, so you are not drafting him expecting instant finished-product production. You are drafting him because if Vanderbilt gives him the keys early, his value could climb fast.
Recruiting Profile
247Sports lists Curtis as a 2026 Vanderbilt quarterback commit with a 99 rating, ranked No. 2 nationally, QB2, and the No. 1 player in Tennessee.
Supplemental Draft Outlook
Curtis is exactly the type of quarterback supplemental drafts are made for. As an incoming freshman with elite upside, he should be one of the first quarterbacks selected in freshman supplemental drafts.
Startup Draft Outlook
In startups, he is a long-term build piece. He may not be the safest CFF producer right away, but the Devy/C2C upside is strong enough to push him near the top.

3. Trinidad Chambliss, Ole Miss
Why He’s Ranked Here
Trinidad Chambliss is one of the most interesting quarterbacks in this group because he brings both production and fantasy juice.
He is not just a passer. He can hurt defenses with his legs, and that matters in C2C. When a quarterback gives you passing volume and rushing production, he becomes a weekly problem for your opponent.
The Ole Miss system also matters. This offense can create numbers, and Chambliss has already shown he can produce at a high level. He may not carry the same long-term Devy value as Arch or Curtis, but for winning now, he belongs near the top.

In 2025 at Ole Miss, Chambliss completed 294 of 445 passes for 3,937 yards, 22 touchdowns, and 3 interceptions. He also rushed 133 times for 527 yards and 8 touchdowns.

In almost every supplemental draft, Chambliss is already going to be on a roster, and you’ll likely have to acquire him through a trade.

In startups, he is more of a win-now quarterback than a long-term Devy anchor. That is not a bad thing. You need players who score points, too.

How much long-term NFL value does he carry compared to the younger, higher-profile names? That is the only reason he is not higher.

4. LaNorris Sellers, South Carolina
Why He’s Ranked Here
LaNorris Sellers is one of the most physically gifted quarterbacks in the SEC. He has size, arm strength, and rushing ability. When you are talking fantasy football, that combination always matters.
The reason he is not higher is consistency. With Sellers, the ceiling is easy to see. The question is how often you get the full version. If the passing takes another step, he has the tools to become one of the most valuable quarterbacks in C2C.

In 2025 at South Carolina, Sellers completed 178 of 293 passes for 2,437 yards and 13 touchdowns.

In almost every supplemental draft, Sellers is already going to be on a roster, and you’ll likely have to acquire him through a trade.

In startups, Sellers is a strong C2C asset because of the physical tools. If he hits, he can gain major value quickly.

5. Sam Leavitt, LSU
Why He’s Ranked Here
Sam Leavitt is one of those quarterbacks I like because he has already shown real college production, but there is still room for his value to grow.
He has enough mobility to help in fantasy, and he has shown he can produce as a passer. The move to LSU gives him a major opportunity. That offense and brand can boost a quarterback’s value quickly if he wins the job and produces.
Leavitt is not just a CFF play. He also has C2C appeal because if he performs in the SEC, the market is going to notice.

In 2025 at Arizona State, Leavitt completed 145 of 239 passes for 1,628 yards, 10 touchdowns, and 3 interceptions. In 2024, he completed 216 of 350 passes for 2,885 yards, 24 touchdowns, and 6 interceptions.

In almost every supplemental draft, Leavitt is already going to be on a roster, and you’ll likely have to acquire him through a trade.

In startups, I like him as a middle-round quarterback target who can outgrow his draft cost if the LSU opportunity hits.

How quickly does he adjust and win the job? The opportunity is exciting, but the role still has to match the talent.

Leavitt is one of those players I’d rather draft sooner than later. He’s the Day 1 starter for Lane Kiffin, and I think he’s a perfect fit for that offense. Kiffin has a history of getting the most out of his quarterbacks, and if Leavitt plays the way I think he can, don’t be surprised if his value climbs throughout the season.

6. Keelon Russell, Alabama
Why He’s Ranked Here
Keelon Russell is a long-term upside play with real talent. He was a big-time recruit, and Alabama is still Alabama. When a quarterback with this type of profile is attached to that program, you have to pay attention.
The reason I have him behind some of the older names is simple. We still need to see the full college role. Talent is one thing. Winning the job and producing every week is another.
But from a C2C and Devy standpoint, Russell is the kind of quarterback who can become very valuable very quickly if he takes over.

In 2025 at Alabama, Russell completed 11 of 15 passes for 143 yards and 2 touchdowns in limited action.
247Sports described Russell as an elite playmaker at quarterback and noted his accuracy in the 2025 recruiting cycle.

In almost every supplemental draft, Russell is already going to be on a roster, and you’ll likely have to acquire him through a trade.

In startups, he is a bet-on-talent pick. You draft him because if the Alabama job becomes his, the value spike could be massive.

I believe Russell should be Alabama’s Day 1 starter, and now we finally get to see him on the big stage. The talent has never been the question. Now it’s about proving he can do it every week. If he does, don’t be surprised if he’s one of the biggest risers in C2C and Devy this season.

7. Kamario Taylor, Mississippi State
Why He’s Ranked Here
Kamario Taylor is one of my favorite upside quarterbacks in this group because he brings real rushing juice.
In fantasy, rushing quarterbacks matter. That does not mean they all hit, but it gives them a path to weekly production even before they become polished passers. Taylor has that kind of profile.
He is still developing as a passer, but the athletic ability gives him a fantasy ceiling that should not be ignored.
Verified Stats
In 2025 at Mississippi State, Taylor completed 43 of 77 passes for 629 yards, 5 touchdowns, and 1 interception. He also rushed 82 times for 458 yards and 8 touchdowns.
247Sports also listed Taylor as a member of its 2025 Freaks List and noted that he threw for 2,908 yards and 40 touchdowns while rushing for 1,205 yards and 16 touchdowns as a high school senior.
Supplemental Draft Outlook
Taylor should already be rostered in deeper C2C and Devy leagues. If your league has a smaller player pool and he’s still available, his rushing upside makes him an intriguing supplemental target.
Startup Draft Outlook
In startups, he is not as safe as the names above him, but he has the type of rushing profile that can pay off big.

8. John Mateer, Oklahoma
Why He’s Ranked Here
John Mateer is a different kind of target than some of the young upside names. He brings production, experience, and rushing ability.
That matters in supplemental drafts. Sometimes managers get too caught up chasing the next shiny freshman and forget that proven quarterbacks can still help you win.
Mateer may not carry the same long-term Devy appeal as the younger names, but for CFF and immediate roster help, he is absolutely worth discussing.

In 2025 at Oklahoma, Mateer completed 247 of 397 passes for 2,885 yards, 14 touchdowns, and 11 interceptions. He also rushed 149 times for 433 yards and 8 touchdowns.

In startups, I would not draft him as my long-term QB1, but I would gladly take him as a productive piece if the price is right.

Coming off wrist surgery on his throwing hand, the biggest question is how quickly Mateer gets back to 100%. If he’s healthy, I still believe he has the experience and talent to be one of the better quarterbacks in the SEC.

Mateer is not the sexiest pick, but he can help you win. In CFF and C2C, not every pick has to be a five-year asset. Some guys just score points. Mateer can do that.

9. Bowe Bentley, Oklahoma
Why He’s Ranked Here
Bowe Bentley is a developmental quarterback I want on my radar early. He may not be the immediate producer, but the skill set is interesting.
He has shown accuracy, athletic ability, and production at the high school level. Oklahoma also gives him a strong platform if he develops.
For supplemental drafts, this is the type of player you draft if you have room to wait. He is not a win-now pick. He is a future value pick.
Recruiting Profile
According to 247Sports, Bentley is one of the top quarterback prospects in the 2026 class. As a senior, he completed 202 of 265 passes for 2,911 yards, 32 touchdowns, and 7 interceptions while adding 474 rushing yards and 11 rushing touchdowns.
Supplemental Draft Outlook
Bentley is another quarterback who should be near the top of freshman supplemental draft boards. He’s a long-term investment, but the upside is worth making an early move.
Startup Draft Outlook
In startups, he is more of a late upside swing than a core piece right away. The key is patience.

Why He’s Ranked Here
Dia Bell rounds out the list because the talent is real, but the path is complicated.
That does not mean I am out. It just means you have to understand what you are drafting. Bell has a strong recruiting profile; he has shown high-level passing ability, and he is attached to Texas. That matters.
The issue is simple: Arch Manning is already there. So Bell may require patience, and in fantasy, patience can be hard.
Recruiting Profile
According to 247Sports, Bell was the 2025 Elite 11 Finals MVP. In limited senior action, he completed 43 of 68 passes for 540 yards, 4 touchdowns, and 0 interceptions.
Supplemental Draft Outlook
Bell is a priority target in freshman supplemental drafts. While patience will be required, quarterbacks with his recruiting profile and long-term upside rarely stay available for very long.
Startup Draft Outlook
In startups, he is a long-term bet. I would not draft him expecting quick production, but I do like the upside if the path eventually opens.
