IDP Change of Scenery: Cleveland to Las Vegas

One of the bigger names left on the market, Damarious Randall, just agreed to terms with the Las Vegas Raiders a few days ago. Unhappy with their veteran leadership and play at the safety position, they signed Randall to a one-year prove-it deal. There are no official numbers yet, but I would expect them to be team-friendly, and it’s been reported at $3.25 million.

IDP Change of Scenery: San Francisco to Indianapolis

This trade has the star power, the first round pick involved and was a bit of surprise to a lot of us. The San Francisco 49ers traded star stud defensive tackle, DeForest Buckner, and in return, they would receive the Colts’ 2020 first round pick (13th overall). A big trade for both, with both getting impact pieces for their teams.

IDP Change of Scenery: Pittsburgh to Philadelphia

What a crazy first day of the legal tampering period, where teams can work deals with free agents, but they can’t become official until Wednesday. One of the best free agents signing in my opinion so far is the Philadelphia Eagles offer to defensive tackle Javon Hargrave. They will sign him to a three year, $39 million deal when free agency officially opens on Wednesday.

Top Free Agent Linebackers

I truly believe the Rams have to resign Littleton. They have some youth behind him, but it is uncertain and unproven youth. Littleton went undrafted out of Washington and has developed into one of the league’s best linebackers. He went from a two year backup for the Rams, to a two-year starter, with a Pro-Bowl selection in 2018. He’s their most accomplished and talented linebacking option.
