Five-star wide receiver and the number one wide receiver recruit in the 2020 class according to 247Sports Julian Fleming has verbally committed to play at Ohio State University. Fleming, who is also ranked number six overall in the 2020 class by 247Sports, had offers from Alabama, Clemson, Georgia, Penn State, and many more, decided today on Ohio State.
