Dynasty Analysis
Looking ahead to Week 2, we have a packed Fanduel slate that features a handful of high-powered offenses in terrific matchups. There can be a lot to process so I’ll do the work for you and breakdown some of my favorite DFS plays for the Sunday main slate on Fanduel.
Every week this series will attempt to bring clarity to the goings-on, both on and off the field within each NFL Division so that dynasty owners can make championship level decisions based on our actionable information. Our writers will be digging through data and film for inference on coach/front office decision making so that they can keep you equipped with the “nuggets” you need to succeed.
Snap counts are essential for IDP. Tackles, sacks, and interceptions are really hard to get when you’re standing on the sidelines. Watching snap counts rise and fall is the first step in finding sleepers who are about to break out and players who are on the decline.

Welcome to week two of the 2019 regular season and […]
Holdouts, retirements, trades, extensions, and a whole lot of Antonio Brown drama made this preseason one for the books. And Week 1 of the regular season only followed the trend. Big Plays, coming-out parties, injuries, and total disappointments rocked both the NFL and the fantasy world Sunday. But, if we thought we saw it all in the preseason and Week 1, Week 2 should be just as exciting. The waiver wire and free agency should be in full effect this week. And while we know you are going to need a top waiver pick or an excessive amount of FAAB to acquire the likes of John Ross, Marquise Brown, and Malcolm Brown, “In the Scope” has got you covered with some stealthy additions that have great chances of being next week’s top waiver claims.
Did you miss out on some of those top RB studs in the early rounds of your draft? Did you intentionally follow a zero-RB strategy? Are the less-than-proud owner of some running back whiffs or injuries from week one? We’re here to help you, DFF members, so log in and read on.
What did we learn in Week one when looking IDP stats, injuries, and deeper analysis, and sleeper options to consider as the year progresses. What are some of the key injuries that will have the biggest impact? And who had notable performances this week?
Every week Michael Stephenson (@FantasyGeordie) will guide you through the depths of the redraft waiver wire, featuring all of the best pick-ups and who to leave hanging on the wire. We will identify the guys you should be able to plug into your starting lineup without hesitation, as well as some bench stashes who could become starters in the coming weeks.

IDP can be a tough mountain to climb, and the waiver wire can be a great way to gain an advantage in your league. Check out these waiver wire adds!
Week one brought many surprises. Everywhere you looked an unheralded player put up a monster stat line. Week one also brought with it a slew of injuries that could change the fortunes of many fantasy teams. Some of the suggestions below will be due to injuries while others are based on a deeper look into Sunday’s action.
This will be the first in a line of weekly articles I will be writing about streaming options at the quarterback, tight end, and D/ST positions. For each position, I will give two streamers that are under 40% owned according to ESPN’s ownership percentages based on the time of writing. I’ll start with quarterback, followed by tight end, then D/ST. Quarterback and D/ST will typically be matchup dependent plays depending on the opposing defense and offense, respectively. The tight end streamers will often be breakout players from the previous week as tight end matchups are much more difficult to predict than quarterback or D/ST. In both sections, the player listed first is my preferred stream and the second option is a backup if the first player is already rostered. With that said, let’s jump right in.

In a shocking turn of events, Antonio Brown has agreed to terms with the Patriots. The idea has been tossed around over the last couple of weeks during Brown’s fallout with Oakland as a complete joke.
No one could have actually guessed, or have thought Antonio Brown would be released by the Raiders and sign with New England, but here we are.
Tom Brady passing to Antonio Brown is a reality. Mr. Big Chest brings his talents to Foxboro for at least a year. Adam Schefter reports the Patriots have agreed to a one year deal worth up to $15m that includes $9m signing bonus, another $1m guaranteed and $5m in incentives.
One of the Capology 101 crew breaks down the Tyreek Hill contract and implications going forward. What does Hill’s dynasty future hold? How does his contract affect his fantasy value? Become a member to find the answers.
On Sunday night DraftKings offers another great opportunity to make money. And who doesn’t love the chance to stack dough? Its called “Primetime”, and it’s listed in the Classic section. Your matchups normally include the Sunday night game and the Monday night game. But this week is special. It’s the beginning of the season and there are two Monday night games so there will be a lot of choices. So we will look at the first Match up (Stated Below). And you can refer to “Primetime Volume Two” to cover the other available match up.
In light of LeSean McCoy’s recent release, our writers had a spirited discussion that nobody thought was likely to ever occur four months ago. So in the spirit of “8 Mile”, @DFF_Mike2 and @DFF_Biscuits have decided to have a rap battle about two rookie RBs. Is Miles Sanders or Devin Singletary the better asset in dynasty leagues for year one, for 2020 and beyond, or both?
More times than not in redraft leagues, following Week 1 of the fantasy football season, a player appears.A player, although nearly forgotten in all drafts, is now so sought after that whoever holds the first waiver spot has the opportunity to claim a player, who not only holds value over players drafted rounds deep into the draft, but could essentially change the league’s season narrative. Sometimes these players are exactly what you’d hope they would be. Devonta Freeman, Alvin Kamara, and Phillip Lindsay are a few of these home-run, undrafted gems.
In this weekly article, “Starts, Sleepers & Sits Week,” I will bring you starts; locked and loaded, plug and play and don’t look back players who should have huge weeks., Sleepers; under the radar/low owned players who will vastly outproduce their weekly expectation, pick these guys up and wrack up the points, and sits; guys to leave on the bench this week thanks to a bad match-up or having the odds stacked against them. To help your week one preparation we have starts sits, and sleepers at quarterback, running back and wide receiver.
DraftKings offers a turbo section for the Sunday mid-day clip. Just another way to win money but it starts fast and ends even faster. You can draft players from a select number of evening games. We’ll take a look at the matchups and figure out the best players to pick and go over the players you should avoid. Let’s take a look at the matchups!
Finally, football season has returned, bringing the return of fantasy football along with it. You know, the wonderful game that allows us to draft our dream teams that we all know and love — or hate if we drafted Andrew Luck this year. Speaking of dream teams, that’s exactly what this article will be covering, the Dream Team format on the Draft fantasy football app.
This article is meant to be a quick recap of news from the last week, thoughts going into each week’s games, notes on injuries, guys to put on your radar, etc. It’ll be a quick article every week because we’re all busy Sunday mornings.
I’ll be looking at three player props that I feel have a strong chance of paying out. This article will run the gamut and will include bets such as passing yard totals, the first player to score, and even total tackles for those who love defense.
Football is back and that means it is time to make some money in the world of DFS. Below are a few players I am loving this week at their given DraftKings values. Quarterback Carson Wentz – $5,700 He is back and he is healthy. Over his past 16 played games, Wentz has a stat […]
Over at Yahoo Daily Fantasy Sports, they’re kicking off the NFL season with a $1,000,000 GPP tournament that pays out $100,000 to the first-place finisher. In our effort here at Dynasty Football Factory to comprehensively cover and provide analysis on the entire DFS landscape each week, I’m breaking down the best options on Yahoo for both GPPs and Cash games in Week 1. One important thing to note about Yahoo is that unlike some other DFS platforms, the Sunday main slate also includes the Pittsburgh Steelers @ New England Patriots game on Sunday night so there a few extra guys in the player pool to consider. For those just getting started on Yahoo, the scoring system is most similar to FanDuel (.5 point PPR), while the lineup makeup is exactly the same as the two major sites. The biggest difference is pricing, where instead of dealing with thousands of dollars, the budget is just $200 and players are generally priced between $10 (minimum) and the low $40 range. Now that you know the drill, let’s take a look at the Week 1 plays.
