Those who follow my work know I approach all of my rankings from an analytical foundation and then layer in additional context on top of that. This series is no different. The foundation of my Dynasty rankings is a proprietary model that utilizes a combination of predictive metrics with an emphasis on prior season fantasy points per game and then combines that with a position-specific age multiplier, flattening of TD luck, and position adjustment. This is the Dynasty 1 Score. From there, I layer on situational adjustments that pure statistics can not identify. I also prioritize consistency in my rankings. How likely are the players to be able to repeat their prior season performances based on their archetype?
Rankings are always fluid, and at DFF, we update them continuously here. These are a snapshot with the thought process behind each that you don’t see in simple rankings.
These ranks are a snapshot as of January 2026, with Superflex, Full PPR, and TE Premium settings.

The 30’s are dominated by wide receivers. Wide receivers tend to be consistent, stable assets with lengthier windows and careers than running backs. For this reason, I strongly prefer them as foundational pieces to running backs.
There is one running back who kicks off the rankings in the 30s; then we have wide receivers grouped by tiers into young studs, stable vets, and unstable vets.
2026 Dynasty Rankings Player Writeups
31. Jonathan Taylor (RB – IND)
DOB: 1/19/1999 (27)
- 2025 Fantasy Points Per Game –21.3
- Dynasty1 score – 17.0

Taylor had arguably his best year in the NFL in 2025, with only his breakout year 2 in 2021 coming close. Taylor averaged 4.98 yards per carry. His most since 2021. He forced 67 missed tackles. Exciting for fantasy owners was his elevated usage in the pass game. His 45 receptions were the most in his career. Receiving volume provides a sustainable floor for more consistency year over year.
Taylor’s numbers dipped a bit later in the year when the Colts offense became more one-dimensional with Daniel Jones at the helm.
The obvious ding to his profile is his age. At 27, he is on the back half of his career as a running back.
Young Stud WR Tier
32. Tetairoa McMillan (WR – CAR)
DOB: 4/5/2003 (23)

Tet McMillan is an outstanding receiver in a situation that is less than ideal. Granted, I have been high on McMillan since his college days. He ranked number 1 in my 2025 post-NFL draft WR! Analytical model. McMillan was an uber-producer in college straight from the jump. He had an excellent 702-yard freshman breakout campaign and followed that up with an upward trajectory, producing 107.8 yards per game his sophomore year and 109.9 his junior year.
On the Panthers in 2025, he was the team’s best offensive player. His 1.84 yards per route run were nearly double the team average. His 25% target share, while strong, seems like it should be closer to 30% given his efficiency vs. his teammates.
Look for him to take his place among the elite wide receivers this year.
33. Luther Burden (WR – CHI)

Burden’s 2.69 yards per route run in 2025 ranked third among all wide receivers in the NFL. This tells us his efficiency was off the charts in his limited usage.
Turn the page to 2026. The Bears traded DJ Moore to the Buffalo Bills, and the door is kicked wide open for Burden to take on a huge role for the Bears. Ben Johnson has been praising him during camp, and it seems inevitable Burden will become the next Amon Ra St Brown in Johnson’s offensive scheme.
34. Carnell Tate (WR – TEN)

Carnell Tate landed atop this year’s WR1 analytical model rankings. Tate’s analytical profile is solid across the board. Yet no earth-shattering performances like a Chase or Nabers had when they came out. His 3.44 RYPTPA mark was the best of the top prospects. This is especially attractive considering he shared the field with all-world WR Jeremiah Smith.
Tate hit the yards per route run threshold I like to see in high-end prospects with a 3.03 mark. He excelled vs man and zone, showing the all-around game which will translate well to the NFL.
Tate checks the early declare box and the sophomore year dominator breakout box. These are key metrics showcasing his age-adjusted production. It’s far more impressive when 18- and 19-year-olds dominate than 21- and 22-year-olds.
Stable Vets Tier
35. Chris Olave (WR – NO)
DOB: 6/27/2000 (26)

- Dynasty1 score – 17.1

Olave took a star turn once Tyler Shough took over. He commanded a 29% target share. Olave was the WR3 overall in fantasy points per game from weeks 10-18, eclipsing the 20 FPPG mark.
Olave also just signed a massive contract with 4 years, $132 million. He is the centerpiece of the Saints’ aerial attack for years to come.
He just turned 26 and is in his peak production window. New running mate Jordyn Tyson should take some pressure off and allow him to do what he does best: separate.
36. Zay Flowers (WR – BAL)
DOB: 9/11//2000 (26)

Lamar Jackson has evolved into a better-than-league-average passer of the football. Most didn’t think this was possible when he was drafted out of college, but Jackson put in the work and made it happen.
Flowers has been the biggest beneficiary of this evolution. He finished 12th overall among wide receivers with 14.3 fantasy points per game in 2025 despite Jackson missing 4 games. His target share was an excellent 29.1%
At only 26 years old, he is entering his prime production window. He signed a massive 4-year, $140 million contract guaranteeing he will be a focal point of the offense.
37. Nico Collins (WR – HOU)
DOB: 3/19/1999 (27)

- Dynasty1 score – 14.9
- Dynasty Community Rank – 41 (Per KeepTradeCut)
Collins showed immediate chemistry with C.J. Stroud, vaulting him from a pedestrian 9.7 fantasy points per game in 2022 to a top 7, 17.4 FPPG in 2023. He repeated this in 2024 with 17.6 ppg in an abridged 12-game span. 2025 was his third straight top 10 fantasy point per game finish for wide receivers.
At 27 years old, he is entering the Dynasty roster-contender stage of his career, rather than a rebuild target. If anything, Collins shows opportunity for a higher ceiling. In 2024, he ranked 3rd overall in yards per route run (2.92) and 25th in target share (24.8%). In 2025, he ranked 11th and 16th in these categories. He has been very efficient when targeted; hence, they should target him more.
UNSTABLE VETS TIER
38. Rashee Rice (WR – KC)
DOB: 3/19/1999 (27)

- Dynasty1 score – 17.4
- Dynasty Community Rank – 59 (Per KeepTradeCut)
When he plays, he produces. It’s that simple. He averaged 18.8 fantasy points per game this year, good for 5th overall among WRs. Rice averaged a stout 2.4 yards per route run on the season.
But it is extremely hard to overlook his off-the-field and injury issues. If you want to chase upside (and you should), he is your man. The type of player that can put you over the top in a title chase.
39. George Pickens (WR- DAL)
DOB: 3/04/2001 (25)

- Dynasty1 score – 17.4

A 2026 ESPN coaches survey ranked George Pickens as the 7th best wide receiver in the NFL. Most believe, based on pure talent, he is top 5. In 2025, he put it all together for his best season in the NFL
Pickens hadn’t averaged over 12.3 fantasy points per game in his career until 2025. Then he exploded to average 17.3 FPPG. He had 93 receptions for 1429 yards and led many fantasy teams to deep playoff runs.
He has all the incentive to keep his head screwed on straight and laser-focused.
