Below I am going to highlight players who I feel are current values after Week 1 in the NFL season. The players listed are not necessarily must trade for, or trade away, players, they merely are values at this current time. 

Buy Low

James Cook, RB Buffalo Bills

James Cook did not start his career the way he hoped to. On his first NFL carry, he lost a fumble and did not receive another for the rest of the game. This has to worry owners and is a great opportunity to buy low here. 

Value: I am willing to move a 2023 mid-late second for the Cook. I would rather try to trade a veteran like Hunter Renfrow or Allen Robinson type of player for him.

Rhamondre Stevenson, RB New England Patriots 

Stevenson was hyped up all offseason and in Week 1 he did not look promising to fantasy owners. He put up a disappointing 4.7 points in PPR and was out-snapped by Ty Montgomery. I am still invested in the talent of Stevenson and believe he is the guy come 2023. 

Value: I am willing to trade a 2023 early 2nd for Stevenson. You will likely have to add some more value to that pick, and guys like McKissic, Kenyan Drake, and Dontrell Hilliard are guys that might help you do just that. 

Sell High

Kareem Hunt, RB Cleveland Browns

Kareem Hunt looked solid in his debut in the 2022 season. He produced 23 PPR points leading to the 4th highest scoring RB in week 1. If you’re a Hunt owner, you have been likely waiting for this moment to sell him. He is 27 years of age and his best days are behind him. 

Value: I would be willing to accept a 2023 late first from an RB needy team or a good young receiver that underproduced in week 1. 

Clyde Edwards-Helaire, RB Kansas City Chiefs 

CEH produced 22.4 fantasy points in week 1 which was good for RB 6 overall. CEH has been unimpressive so far in his career and we have seen guys like Darrell Williams, Jerick McKinnon, and Derrick Gore take away valuable touches from him. For me, I want to sell as high as I can for him. 

Value: I would like to target a 2023 first-rounder for CEH or package him and another player for a top 10 RB to better my team.
