Top Dynasty Value for Each AFC North & South Team

*Positional rankings in this article were pulled from Dynasty Football Factory’s Consensus Rankings

AFC North
Baltimore Ravens – Zay Flowers (WR22)

At least here at DFF, we have Zay Flowers priced a little more appropriately. For some reason, last season’s WR7 in total fantasy points is currently sitting at WR27 over at KeepTradeCut. Still, I’m more aggressive than nearly everyone in the industry, with him at WR15 in my personal rankings.

He’s the top target for Lamar Jackson and in his prime as he enters his age-26 season. In addition to the top-notch raw stats, Flowers also posted some elite efficiency metrics in 2025: first in juke rate (22.9%), fourth in explosive plays (21), fifth in yards per route run (2.62), and sixth in target separation (2.15) among all wideouts. As long as I can get him for low-end WR2, high-end WR3 prices, I’m picking Flowers all day long.

Cincinnati Bengals – Tee Higgins (WR25)

While he’s never going to be the first option in Cincinnati’s passing attack, Tee Higgins is still a highly productive fantasy receiver. Even while missing seven games over the past two seasons, he’s racked up back-to-back campaigns with over 800 yards and double-digit touchdowns. Playing second fiddle to Ja’Marr Chase, Higgins ranked second in the league in receiving scores (11) and 13th in fantasy points per game (14.1) last season.

Like Flowers, I’m higher on Higgins than most. He’s my WR16 since he’s tied to Joe Burrow in an offense that loves to sling the rock. As long as he stays healthy, Higgins should flirt with WR1 output once more, making him an attractive add at cost for any manager playing for a championship this season.

Projecting Top Fantasy QBs for 2026

In this article, I’ll be reviewing data from the past four seasons to predict the next top 12 fantasy football quarterbacks. I started by analyzing the top 12 quarterbacks by points per game in each season for the past 4 seasons, identifying a total of 26 players.

Next, I focused on quarterbacks who achieved multiple top 12 seasons — not just one-hit wonders. This narrowed the list to 15 total quarterbacks.

Josh Allen Patrick Mahomes Brock Purdy Jalen Hurts
Lamar Jackson Dak Prescott Trevor Lawrence Bo Nix
Daniel Jones Joe Burrow Baker Mayfield Jared Goff
Kyler Murray Jordan Love Tua Tagovailoa

These are the 15 guys I will be looking at closely in this article.

    • 15/15 averaged more than 23 PPR in their best college season
    • 15/15 threw for more than 5000 yards in their college career
    • 15/15 threw for more than 40 touchdowns in their college career
    • 14/15 passed for more than 175 yards a game (Hurts)
    • 14/15 rushed for more than 10 yards a game (Goff)

  • 14/15 averaged more than 20 PPR a game in their college career (Love)

  • Description.

QBs on the Chopping Block: Planning for the 2027 Class

There was an interesting question posed by a subscriber in our DFF Discord this past weekend, following this tweet being posted:  Seeing the potential that the 2027 draft class has at the quarterback position, Josh asked this:  It’s an excellent question, and one we need to be asking ourselves for dynasty purposes. Obviously, a good number of guys from McShay’s list above either won’t pan out as first-round talents or will elect to stay in college for the 2027 season if they have remaining eligibility. But there are additional guys not on this list who could end up being first-round selections. Josh Hoover. John Mateer. Maybe DJ Lagway finally has that breakout season everyone’s been waiting for. Maybe Drew Mestemaker’s G5 dominance carries over into the P4, and he emerges as a top pick. It’s hard to project any of this so far out, but for the sake of this exercise, let’s take McShay at his word and treat the 2027 QB class as the “historic” one he’s calling it. Who will these quarterbacks be taking over for? Let’s take a look at the guys whose jobs may not be as secure as we think. These names may be good sell candidates in dynasty for you, especially on a team that’s rebuilding or retooling.  The Top “Cut” Candidates I’ll kick off my list by covering the quarterbacks I feel have the most to prove this coming season and will likely be out of a starting job by 2027 or sooner.  Geno Smith (NYJ) – Geno is the most obvious quarterback

Dynasty Football Factory League of Record: Startup Draft – Round 4

Round 4 jumped off the rails as seven of the 12 picks selected came via trade. By far the most active part of the startup, the movement here set the tone for the rest of the draft. At this point, the feeling out portion had concluded and it was officially game on – Round 4 of 5 was fireworks personified.

2025 Rookie Draft Prospect Faceoff: Cam Ward vs. Shedeur Sanders

Welcome back for our second edition of the 2025 Rookie Prospect Faceoff, where we’ll compare quarterbacks Cameron Ward and Shedeur Sanders head-to-head for Dynasty purposes and potentially two guys who could be sleepers in Daily Fantasy NFL in 2025. If you missed the first article where I debated Luther Burden vs. Emeka Egbuka, you can check that out here. Ward and Sanders are generally considered the Top 2 QBs in this draft class and a tier of their own. (With Jalen Milroe declaring for the NFL Draft, one could make an argument he belongs in this tier as well, given his rushing upside.) There’s no denying this 2025 quarterback class appears to be much weaker than the 2024 class, but in Superflex formats, these two signal-callers should still be early-to-mid first-round picks in our rookie drafts, as they are both projected to be Top 10 picks in the NFL Draft. Which quarterback has better odds of becoming a difference-maker on our Dynasty rosters? Let’s find out.

College Football Spring Devy News and Notes: Part 2

Welcome back to another installment of this spring game news and notes series. In part two of this two-part series, I will focus on the remaining teams from which I believe we can draw some relevant information as we make our way through the college football offseason. To reiterate a sentiment from the first part of this series, these games are glorified practices that should be used to find additional information about returning players with question marks and as a way to view new additions to a team.
